We have several peaceful campsites available on our off grid property near Crows Nest. Also a private glamping site with a 5m Bell Tent - with everything you need for a relaxing night away.
We are 10km north of the town of Crows Nest on the Great Dividing Range. 50 minutes from Toowoomba and 2 hours from Brisbane.
The hill on the property (Flat Top) is one of the highest points in the area at 700m altitude.
From the hilltop, you can enjoy 360-degree views of the surrounding area, with views across the Esk Valley towards the Sunshine Coast and sunsets over the hills surrounding Crows Nest.
There are 3 separate campsites on the hilltop, and another site further down the hill alongside the main driveway.
It is very quiet and peaceful, yet only a 10-minute drive to Crows Nest.
Enjoy the spring fed dam in the warmer months. 🏊♂️
There is plenty to explore in the area, including:

WOW! What an amazing place. Sam is such a great host and has recently taken over the camp. Set up was lovely, amazing views and great swim holes near by. If you want to get away from the city and relax this is perfect for you. Hammocks under misting tent, baths overlooking an amazing view and an awesome outdoor kitchen.
Couldn’t recommend it more!!

We chose Nine Mountains as the place to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded every hope we had. It is barefoot luxury; the perfect blend of what both campers and comfort-seekers dream of… beautifully crafted rustic spaces immersed in nature, paired with thoughtful touches that make the stay feel truly special.
It is the kind of setting that slows you down, fills your lungs with fresh air, and leaves you with memories that linger long after you leave. There was even some unexpected entertainment courtesy of a cheeky local bush turkey and an early morning visit from a kangaroo family.
If you are looking for a peaceful, beautifully designed escape with soul and scenery in abundance, Nine Mountains is a little slice of heaven worth discovering.

This is such a lovely and thoughtful hip camp. Our hosts were lovely and welcoming. The came is private, and serene with outdoor bath tubs and shaded spots. We've stayed at many different "glamping" accomodations and this certainly can hang with the best of them. It's close to Brisbane, good value and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location to rest and recuperate. Lou goes out of her way to communicate prior to your arrival to confirm your needs such as additional food packages or dietary requirements. She and Greg were there to greet us on arrival and show us around. The amenities are clean and have all the creature comforts for a relaxing stay from slippers and bathrobes to bath salts, and a selection of hot beverages with choccie bikkies.
Pro's - Lovely hosts who have made an effort to create a relaxing private space. All cooking needs were provided for so you only need to bring your own clothes. Comfortable bed. Beautiful views out to Glasshouse mountains. Shaded areas provided to relax. Hubby is already planning on buying a hammock it was so comfortable!
Con's - Relatively close to neighbours (albeit that the site is designed so that you can't see them and vice versa). Some road noise from trucks at times but lots of bird life to focus on instead. Not much to do unless you hop in the car and drive somewhere however Lou has made an effort to include some games and also directions to waterholes. If you just want to relax and read a book like us - perfect.
Overall a very enjoyable stay and lovely thoughtful hosts.

We loved a few quiet nights away at this hidden gem. We booked at short notice and had no issues finding the place with clear instructions. The site was perfect, camp fire and bench seats was a lovely little spot to sit back and watch the stars while roasting a few marshmallows. The basic toilet was an appreciated touch for the females in our group. Very private spot, did not see the host (no need - but they were very attentive and quick to respond to messages with questions) it felt very secluded though only a short drive from the town to grab supplies.
The horses came down to the damn for a nightly visit which was quite magical.
A few local sights worthwhile to visit like the lookout and suspension bridge which is home to beautiful turtles. The locals of laidley were super friendly and we had some great food from the local chippo and bakery.
If you are looking for a comfortable off grid stay (dog friendly too!) this place ticks all the boxes.

Our jaws hit the floor as we came around the corner but once we got out of our car we realised how much thought has gone into it all.. the layout of the amazing bell tent was like something out of a magazine.. just stunning and the bed was so lush and super comfy.. stark difference from our usual camp trips sleeping on blow up mattresses! The kitchen/bathroom block was just gorgeous and very clean and we really appreciated all those little extras tucked away neatly in the cabinets.. also felt very fancy with our robes and slippers especially after having a bath with the bath salts you left us. Every little space you created on that perfect patch of grass was just magic. To top it all off the most incredible view of the valley and glass house mountains, just lovely waking up to that and ending the night around the fire staring at it. You've given us a weekend we will never forget and we can’t wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at this glamping site! It was the perfect little getaway for me, my partner, and our dog.
The tent was beautifully set up with thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved being able to sit on the bed and watch the storm come in over the dam.
The property itself was peaceful and private, with plenty of space for our dog to explore safely, which was a huge plus. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided some fresh produce.
It felt like the best mix of camping and comfort—we got to enjoy the fresh air and starry nights but still had the luxuries of a proper bed, hot shower, and a few creature comforts. Would definitely recommend to couples (and dog owners!) looking for a relaxing escape.
Also, when they say all you need to bring is an Esky with your food, that really is it! Everything is there. Amazing!

No hotel, hostel, airbnb, campground or anywhere we've ever stayed has come close to the level of care and thoughtfulness that Nine Mountains Glamping has been created with. From little nooks in the table next to the hot tubs for your wine glass, to extra hooks on the bathroom door for robes, to citronella candles for any bugs (which weren't an issue at all), a choice of matches or lighters for the fire, the butter being pre-cut up into usable knobs, turf outside the tent entrance so you can put your shoes on comfortably, the world's most comfortable hammocks with pillows included...the combination of Greg's beautiful woodwork and clever craftsmanship with Lou's eye for every detail of comfort and practicality you could ask for and the beautiful pocket of the world they have here is an absolute recipe for a joyful weekend. The guest book is full of all sorts of people saying "this was just what we needed" - in this crazy world with the bustling lives we all live Lou has generously poured her heart into creating a wonderfully peaceful sanctuary.
