Conservation Camping at Maroochy

A cleared grass/gravel paddock close to everything Maroochydore, Coolum and the Sunshine Coast has to offer! Our land backs onto the Maroochy River (no direct access but the boat ramp is less than 5 minute drive away) and each site is sheltered by tall trees. There are 3 defined sites with plenty of room for privacy and escape in nature. Bring your own push bike or walking shoes to explore the mangroves and bushland. We have an abundance of native wildlife and it’s a good idea to bring mozzie/insect repellent.
We do have plenty of firewood available although if it’s been raining it will be best to BYO wood. We have a communal fire pit you can use (please don't camp on the grass near the fire pit).
We kindly ask all campers to be 100% self-sufficient as we do not have any waste, water, or power facilities. You carry it in you carry it out.
Our site is 2WD friendly although once again if it's been raining it's best to stick to the gravel roads. Please message me if you have any questions!
To keep us all safe, we have some VERY IMPORTANT notes:
Please stay on the gravel roads - there are deep holes and drains hidden by long grass on neighbouring blocks. These can cause damage to vehicles and you will need a tow truck to be recovered.
Bring your pets, please keep them close as we have no fences.

The campsite is situated on the beach, sheltered by the sheoaks in the back dunes. At the rear of the campsite lies a freshwater lagoon, locally known as the keyholes.
Currently, two sites are available to be booked.
A unique feature includes the opportunity for surfing, fishing, and swimming in your private lagoon. A short drive will take you to Point Lookout.
Access is via the beach only and tides are a consideration. Please check "Point Lookout tides" on Willy Weather. I don't normally travel on the beach if the tide is over 1.5 metres.

At Serenity Camp we have a front paddock with an open grassy field suitable for RV, Camper, Grey Nomads or Bell tent hire. Weather permitting 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive access.
All you need to do is set your yourself up. Bring your surfboard, kayak or boat and enjoy all your favourite water-sporting activities during your stay.
We're centrally located, being just 10 minutes from Coolum Beach, 8 mins from the Wappa Falls; Mapleton NP swimming holes, 15 mins from Maroochydore CBD and 2 mins from the Maroochy River wetlands & 20 mins to Noosa.
The campsite suits self-contained campers (water, power) who bring their own camping toilet/shower.

The property is located on 30 acres just 20 mins from Maroochydore and the Sunshine Coast. It is surrounded by beautiful rainforest and the property itself has a couple of dams making it a beautiful spot to visit.
The campsites are best suited for self contained grey nomads look to park up for a week or two but we can also cater to all range of campers. Campers will beed to be self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities.
Head to the coast and spend your days at the beautiful beaches the Sunshine Coast has to offer or head out to one of the many National Parks in the area and enjoy some beautiful bushwalking. There is plenty to see and o in the region.
There is a 2 night minimum stay on all bookings.
Pets are welcome but must be kept under your control and cleaned up after. Sorry, no campfires.
