We have 250 acres in the Chichester Valley, we grow chemical-free vegetables and farm cattle. We have campsites on the Chichester River and we are in the water catchment area for the Chichester Dam. Suitable for caravans, camper trailers, tents, motor-homes etc. Good access, 4WD not required & plenty of site options. There is no mobile reception here (unless you climb the hills!). Dogs are not permitted due to livestock. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place, Firewood not available at the moment. Tank water available at the house if required. No amenities so campers must be self-contained and leave no trace. There is a dump site in Dungog Showground, bring a CHEMICAL TOILET ! All campsites are by the river, you can bring your own fire wood. We also have a camp kitchen you are welcome to use. Access to the property is good, larger caravans and rigs shouldn't have any issues finding a great spot to set up.

Andrew greeted us upon arrival and was very accomodating for where we wanted to camp. The property had several spaces to camp And lots of shade under trees. The area was very quiet and we saw some awesome wildlife late in the afternoon and early in the morning. The property was very tidy and well kept, and Andrew made himself available to us should we have needed assistance.

Waves 'n Ripples was such an amazing spot, would highly recommend 10/10. Nice and close to town and all the amazing surroundings but at the same time nice and private. Host (Andrew) was really accomodating and friendly!

Very handy spot in terms of access to beach, shops and other local spots. Quiet and plenty of trees. Sandy ground so ideal to take a mat to put down and like many outdoor spots near water, mozzie repellent. Peaceful and practical :)

Multiple great flat campsites a fair distance from each other. Heaps of local wallabies to spot, and firewood to forage. Incredibly relaxing and will definitely be back!

Location location location. It's perfect for what we wanted. Extremely close to all the towns amenities and beach driving access. Also to explore the other bays. Andrew was the best host of any place we've stayed. Super friendly and helpful. He keeps the place well maintained. We did have some issues with extreme amounts of relentless March flies in one area. But the next night, we moved and had no issues. Shame because the previous spot was beautiful and quiet.

Such a peaceful, well equipped and maintained piece of paradise. Allan is an absolute gem. Easy to find a mostly level area to set up. Amenities are clean and easy to get to. The river is amazing too!

A gorgeous place, campsites well looked after and lovely to stay at. John was super friendly and the cows were beautiful when they wandered over to say hello. Definitely recommend staying here; super pretty and relaxing, and we enjoyed our time there heaps.

Weekend Trip to "Glenmoore"

This was my second time staying at Glenmoore. What a beautiful place. Sitting by the river, shaded by trees, listening to the bush and not seeing another camper because of the layout of the 3 camp sites. Ive already started planning my next trip. John is brilliant, comes and gives a weather report each morning of what to expect during the day and night so adjutments can be made to your camp site if needed. Lovely man.

Great camp location, close enough to townships and the vineyards but also also far enough away for that little respite. Allen is such a great host and appreciate him and the family sharing their slice of heaven, facilities are quite and basic that provide some camping comforts at a great price. Stayed for 3 nights working nearby and in afternoon a couple of kangaroos grazed nearby, a little gumbumple with the host whilst watering finished off the days as an excellent way to unwind.
