Brooman rests approximately half way between Ulladulla and Batemans Bay on the fresh water section of the Clyde River. The property stretches south on both sides of the river from the Old Sawmill Town located at its northern end. Brooman is a working farm and encompasses lots of beautiful spaces, restored old buildings, two small mountains, fertile river flats, native forests, grasslands, deep water holes, tree covered rapid sections of river and sweeping views. Brooman is less than 30 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on the south coast. Shallow Crossing is 10 minutes to the south. North is Pigeon House car park, Yadboro and the base of The Castle. To the West there are hundreds of kilometres of Forestry and National Park roads through some of the most spectacular forested mountain country east of the Coastal Range. The Clyde River Berry Farm is just minutes down the road. Local fish and chips, great coffee and handmade bread is 25mins drive at Burrill Lake. Some of the best restaurants and bars on the coast are less than 40 minutes drive at Milton and Mollymook. If you are looking to relax and recharge in nature or explore amazing country, then Brooman is it.

Located 4 kms south of Bermagui township. Camping on 6 acres of beautiful coastal land with direct access to pet friendly beach and lake with abundance birdlife. There is potable water available and a picnic area at the lake with free kayak use. Bermagui has the famous blue pool, wharf and horse shoe bay beach which is patrolled and suitable for young families. There are lovely cafes, shops and the iconic Bermagui pub. Right in the middle of the Sapphire Coast with Narooma and Tilba only 15 -20 minutes drive. All campers must be self sufficient. Bins and fire pits are available at each site. All rubbish is the responsibility of the campers. There is a recycle bin on site. There are two sites available all with their own private area. Pets are welcome and off leash is allowed. Just be mindful of other campers and their pets. Plenty of boat storage. Sorry no tents. Only fully self contained caravans or campers. Due to the gate entry only vans up to 20ft. 5 people per site max.

For artists, writers and musicians, the retreat offers something unique – an unspoilt environment and a simple lifestyle that will recharge your creative energies and enrich your artistic endeavours. You can spend all your time on the Retreat, or you can explore the local area. You are only 30 minutes from many of the beautiful beaches of the South Coast, or from the lovely villages of Milton and Nelligen. Ulladulla and Bateman’s Bay are also nearby. Kontener 38 is a tiny home nestled among gum trees and abundant birdlife, with nature all around you! It's just a short walk to the beautiful Bermagui River and within walking distance to Moorhead's Beach, where dogs are permitted. Nearby, you'll find shops, a day spa, and cafes on Bermagui's north side. The space is suitable for a maximum of two people, perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Dogs are welcome, but no fencing on the property. Please note that the kitchen is a basic kitchenette, with no stove. There is a kettle, mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We offer a BBQ an camping gas cooker but cooking inside is not allowed due to the tiny space. WiFi available. Bermagui boasts great spots for coffee, delicious food, the best gelati, and sourdough bread. There are many beautiful beaches for walking, swimming, or relaxing. You'll find plenty of walking paths, fishing spots, and places to exercise. It's within walking distance to a day spa, massage, sauna, and float tank, and a short drive to a yoga studio and Bermagui Harbour. We are a family of four with a mini schnauzer, living 20 meters behind the tiny home. We're happy to help but will leave you in peace. To reach us, turn right onto Lindo Street, which becomes River Road. Follow River Road alongside the river until you see the forest. There's a small dirt road marked 'private road' and a sign for Pitt Street. Follow the dirt road; Kontener 38 is the third place on your right. Don't rely on GPS, as it will take you on a different route unsuitable for most cars. Our place is not accessible for caravans or fishing boats. We offer a "tiny house" on "tiny land" among trees.
