Lyrebirds Nest cottage is situated in the bush with forest views from the balcony and rooms. The cottage is setup for glamping with an wood stove, queen bed (BYO linen), sofa, electricity, filtered water (hot and cold), hot indoor shower and composting toilet. Lyrebird was the perfect retreat for us to recover from a stressful year. A quiet and tranquil space where we could relax with our dogs and watch the birdlife on the deck, wander through the olive grove and say hello to the horses and goats, or potter down to the lily pond where the sauna was located.
The hosts were so welcoming and helpful; creating the perfect the first Hipcamp experience for us all, including some treats for us to feed the horses who were so friendly.
The cottage contains all you need, and is full of light and birdsong. We appreciated having a hot shower and absolutely loved the deck. Did not want to leave and wished we had booked a third night. I have not slept so soundly in a long time.
We used a portable dog fence to secure our dogs on the deck while we transported items to and from the cottage, and had long leads for walks so they could have some space without bothering livestock or wildlife. There were a lot of kangaroos when we went for a walk up the road, plus birdlife and cattle.

I loved the pink retro caravan and the facilities that were provided. Host- David was very helpful and informed us all the required details. The vibe and the surrounding was very amazing. Highly recommend for girls night out in such a cozy vibe.

This is a magical place, where a lot of effort has been put into detail - not only are the caravans themselves vintage, so are the interiors and accessories (including a sunburst clock). We had a lovely relaxing time with many photo opportunities!

Weekend Trip to Silky Oaks Flower Farm
Highly recommend silky oaks. I was in the retro Glamping and there was everything you needed. Bed, bbq, outdoor chairs, fridge, kettle, fan and heater if needed. Outdoor shower with hot water and toilet.
Great location close to Sydney but still peaceful and private. Lots to do wander around the farm, feed the horses (bring carrots) or explore the area.
Highly recommend. The camping site were great too by the look of it.

Weekend Trip to Little Cat Oasis Garden Glamping
The printery is the most perfect place to stay if you are exploring the northern beaches. The bed is so big and comfy, easy parking and the manly dam at the end of the street, it’s a perfect little nature getaway!
And the best part is the outdoor shower, a real little tropical oasis and you can have a piping hot shower under the stars ✨

They provide so much more than listed! 2 of us stayed in the van and 2 of us camped in our rooftop tent just nearby. Cute campervan, my sister reported that the bed was comfy. There's a large shade cloth area with tables and chairs, a bbq, a firepit and an outdoor sink. Cold shower setup outside too. Thanks David!

My little family and I really enjoyed our stay. The caravan was cosy and pretty much everything we could ask for for supplies (e.g. toilet, power, shower, fans, sink, crockery, fridge, bedding) was there. My son enjoyed stomping in mud, seeing the horses, running around and campfires. Focus for us was a few days of relaxing, so this ticked the boxes well! David was an easy going and helpful host. I stayed with my partner and 2 dogs. The log cabin was wonderful, has all the amenities you need surrounded by nature. Loved waking up and sitting outside on the deck with a coffee with the view of the trees. It was so peaceful! Ash and Ellie were the perfect hosts and made sure we were comfortable!
