Our property is situated on a working apple and cherry orchard at the base of Mount Canobolas, 10 minute drive from Orange. The region has much to offer including amazing wineries and cellar doors, quaint villages with artisans shops, hot air balloon rides, waterfalls, the Arch Cave and more.
Here at The Orchard visitors are welcome to pick their own fruit in season, at a cost. Please speak to your host if you are interested.
There are plenty of local food and wine venues in the surrounding area for you to enjoy. Lake Canobolas is close by for swimming and there are a number of walking/ hiking trails in the beautiful Mount Canobolas National Park.
Pets are welcome but we do have livestock on the property to please keep them under control.
Campfires are allowed as long as there are no fire restrictions in place. Amenities are available for campers.
A shower and toilets are also available to campers.

Easy striking distance to Orange and a couple of cellar doors close by.
The Orchard is a great spot to stay and we even got to pick our own cherries.

We had a great stay at the Orchard! The location is excellent and made it easy to explore the surrounding region. Tracey was incredibly informative and welcoming, and she took the time to give us a recommended to-do list, which really helped us make the most of our trip. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a great base for exploring the area.

Great spot amongst the vineyards and still close to town, very close to Lake Canobolas, and dog friendly. Tracey was super responsive and helpful and the amenities are great. Would definitely stay here again.

Tracey's farm was a beautiful spot to camp. We loved cherry picking and the two wineries close by we're amazing. The location is a short drive into Orange and the facilities were good. Everything clean and functional. Tracey also had lots of recommendations for local things to see, do and eat. Highly recommend!

Lovely open field with beautiful big trees along the edge under which the campsites are situated. There is a power box (thank you!) with 4 sockets situated in the field near the camp sites. Two toilets and two showers are avail to use. BYO soap & toilet paper.
The stars at night are incredible!!
Overall we loved our brief stay and will be back. Thank you Tracey!

camping in a lovely large paddock against the trees with views of the orchard and the country side. Serene country to relax in much nicer than a caravan park. Tracy our host was welcoming warm and friendly. Be sure to pick some cherries if invited they were yummy

A beautiful grassy site to camp under the shade of an enormous pine tree. We especially loved walking through the orchards and the easy access to local wineries. The bathroom & laundry facilities were adequate with great water pressure in the shower. We would stay again.

What stood out was location, in amongst orchards and vines, vineyards next door to enjoy, and campsite set up in a wonderful green surrounded by lovely shady trees. Great having power and water available with amenities a short walk from sites. However, the amenities could be cleaner and were in need of attention. Easy drive to all the sites to see and enjoy around and in Orange.
