"Wombles Common" has a permanent fire pit area, all other sites require transportable fire pits (provided or bring your own). Please do not leave burn scars on the ground and please take your ashes with you or dump them in the "Wombles Common" fire pit area. River - the river is excellent for fun canoeing adventures. Entering the river is at your own risk. Fishing - great fishing in the river. We love the Red Fin! Pets - pets are welcome but need to be controlled. The safety and comfort of the resident sheep, our neighbours and other campers are a priority. Please don't not allow your pets to disturb (including barking, wandering or chasing sheep) the peace of those around them. Around 200 handraised and tame animals and 200 birds. We are the largest and oldest Miniature Goat Stud in NSW.....all year round we have baby goats, turkeys, horses, cows, sheep...all hand raised and friendly. We often have babies on bottles and goats to milk and generally, the farm is a wonderful place to be for those who love animals. The State Forest that surrounds our farm is a wonderful experience for bushwalking and the views are outstanding with spectacular sunrises and sunsets to admire. We have 245 acres with an area of bushland and other lovely areas with scattered trees, plus some open areas. Currently we have a choice of camping areas for caravans and tents, some nestled in amongst the tree line. Other areas alongside the dam. We keep all the camping areas slashed for safety and to allow easier access to find a suitable camping spot. We also have a hut available in the bush area. This hut is secluded and has its own outdoor private toilet. There is no shower, electricity or fresh water available, however we do have a flush toilet at the camping and caravan site. Campers would need to be self-sufficient otherwise. Please note we don't allow motorbikes, Quads or firearms on the property and there are no exceptions, sorry. We run sheep on our property and have wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats and echidnas. We also have farm animals such as cows, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, geese, and dogs. We have 8 dams, 3 of which have fish as well as yabbies throughout the year. Fire pits located in designated areas and only to used during non fire ban periods and to be supervised at all times. We're happy for you to bring your dog however you would be required to keep it under your control or on a leash and away from the sheep. No motor bikes, quads, firearms permitted and no exceptions. No diving off jetty Supervise children at all times. Water, dams, firepits, bushwalking and all areas can be dangerous. Caution, dams may be dangerous, and water is deep. Weekend Trip to Eudora Farm

We had a such a lovely and relaxing weekend at Sally’s shack and also camping beside it. We had really nice weather and were able to make a nice big fire with plenty of wood to forage close by. The facilities were great, well maintained and very clean. The farm was easy to find with sealed road all the way in. There were other campers around but they were thoughtfully spread out enough that it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The view of the night sky is absolutely spectacular out there too. We had pip the kelpie come visit us daily, she was absolutely beautiful and we all fell in love with her. Will be back one day for sure!

Weekend Trip to Eudora Farm

A perfect getaway for our family, easy drive from Wollongong and Canberra. Directions and interaction with hosts Sally and Tony was spot on. Wonderful people who have an amazing property, fantastic set up for bush style camping with designated fireplaces. Even at full capacity campers would still feel secluded. We were made feel welcome to meander around the large property, walked up the hill for sunrise, fished for yabbies in the dam, saw frogs, a turtle, a blue tongue lizard, highland cows, Shetland ponies, so many butterflies, toasted marshmallows by the fire, relaxed at night stargazing and satellite spotting. We stayed at the bush hut. Rustic, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The flushing outhouse was a bonus! Thank you Sally and Tony
