A lovely tranquil camping spot right near the river. Beautiful trees and birds. Great to relax and have a camp fire or go for a walk. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and the amenities are great. We really appreciated the lovely camp fire and the toilets and hot shower. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and secluded camping experience.

Weekend Trip to Murray River Bush Camp

We had an amazing time! The campground is very spacious, and even though there weren’t many other campers during our stay, the area is so big that I’m sure it still feels comfortable when it’s busier. Julie was incredible — very welcoming. The facilities were spotless, with super clean bathrooms and hot showers for just $2. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely come back again! 🌿

Lovely grassed open area to camp next to the river. There were several toilets around the camp which were clean and practical to use. Julie managed to get us a drum and some firewood which worked really well on a chilly night.

This was a beautiful setting in a lovely garden. Nice big flat areas. Plenty of shade from smaller trees , lovely small dams on the property,and a pool that they kindly share with campers ! quaint gardens and the nicest couple that own it. !! Absolutely recommend this hip camp. We will definitely return

Julie was the perfect host, the land itself was expansive and lovely to feel like we're not camping on top of eachother. The toilet is always clean and not smelly, the hot shower is an added bonus whilst camping offgrid. Would highly recommend coming to stay and would come back another time :) Thanks Julie

Great directions and a very easy check in. The most difficult part was deciding where to set up. There is a huge amount of space to spread out. The dogs loved it. One of the better Hipcamp sites we have been too. Well kept grounds, multiple toilets that are very clean and Julie was lovely. It is approx. 20 mins to Echuca for supplies and cafes but there is also a BP servo 5 mins away for any emergancy supplies.

The most notable feature of this location is its remote setting and the exceptional host. The host is exceptionally friendly and provides essential amenities such as bins for rubbish, a well-equipped toilet and shower and a swimming pool. The property is situated in a remote area. For water sports enthusiasts, Murray is directly in front of the property. We particularly enjoyed using the board ramp for kayaking. This is a must-visit Hipcamp location for those in Torromberry.

We had such a wonderful camping experience! We were lucky to have the whole campsite all to ourselves — peaceful and relaxing. The place was clean and well-maintained. Despite the rainy weather, the beautiful river view and the overall experience made it all worth it. We didn’t mind the boats passing by — it actually added a nice touch to the scenery. The river was warm and perfect for swimming, and the kids had so much fun! Definitely a memorable trip and a spot we’d love to visit again.

Noel’s place was truely fantastic, heaps of space for the kids to run around, great cooling off in the pool. Noel is so accommodating, he couldn’t do enough. We would highly recommend Noel’s place for that peaceful get away, and yet only 5 mins to town.

Weekend Trip to Sandalwoods by the lagoon

We had a great experience being immersed in remote nature. The campsite was very private and secluded. It was so hot during our visit and the lagoon was dry. It would have been a lot better if the lagoon was full. But we enjoyed our stay. We picked some fresh oranges which is a bonus. The host was lovely, easy to communicate to and very friendly. Thank you for a genuine bush camping experience!
