We are nestled into a hillside in Wisconsin's Driftless and amish country. Surrounded by beautiful ridges, valleys and trout streams, campers can enjoy hiking trails throughout our land, nearby streams and rivers for fishing and paddling, amish markets, famous bike trails, Wildcat Mountain and the Kickapoo Reserve. Or sit back and relax in one of our private camp sites and fall asleep under endless stars while coyotes lull you off to sleep.

Truly a healing experience!
This is my fourth year camping here. It seems like every year gets better! This year was unbelievably rainy so Pat brought me a canopy as an added shelter. It made cooking much easier! As always, the views are gorgeous and the peace and quiet was just east I needed!

Rustic Cabin at Healing Hills
great cabin retreat in the hills
a great peaceful stay in a convenient location to enjoy all the magic of the driftless region. a great view and a cozy cabin made for a great few days of fall hikes and exploring with our two dogs. the property has a vast system of trails to test out and is surrounded by amish farms. the dogs loved it and would have been happy to be off leash if they were better behaved and weren’t prone to dash off down the hill to the neighbors.

Simplicity & Joy
Single mom of 3 Sons! We played sons up to sons down!! But don't go down to early, you won't want to miss the stars in that sky!! The view is incredible in all directions, yes! What really got me was the sounds though! The cows, horses, bugs, birds, and yes a very few Jake breaks too but my son's loved hearing it just about as much as the horse and buggies. Lol. I packed the electric countertop griddle and it was perfect with the burner in the cabin. Perfectly simple kitchen with knife, plates, mugs, silverware and cooking utensils (not for gril), and gril. Everyone can camp here! Just bring clothes and food (and if you are cooking for more than 2, your griddle)! Lots of space to wonder right there, didn't need to go anywhere. My boys are 15, 8 & 4. We played games in the woods and sat with our books under trees and no one asked for an electronic device or the time, Tuesday-Friday! We were able to navigate in the woods down the, beautiful and magnificently kept, trails as a group to chat and play along the way! Tent and cabin areas are all in great location to toilets and pump house. Spaces are easy to navigate with kids. We are already looking at the calendar! We traveled 3.5 hrs there and the kids are really for more! On your way be on the lookout for goodies, bring cash!

Site 1 - Shady Hollow
We had a wonderful time visiting Beth and Pat’s land this past weekend. We were the only campers through the weekend, so they allowed us to pick whatever site we wanted. We ended up choosing site #3 and it was the perfect area. The sky was absolutely beautiful at night and the property was not too hard to find at all even with as dark out as it was when we arrived. Their land includes an ample amount of hiking trails for us to explore which we spent a good amount of time doing. We also got to meet their pup, Roscoe, and he was a very kind and well mannered dog. This was our own pup’s first time camping with us, and I’m glad we chose Beth and Pat’s property over all the others. Birdie was in stick heaven and had a great time being able to run around off leash. We had such a great weekend and can’t wait to book again in the future.
