Nestled on 125 acres on the outskirts of Gidgegannup, Jinjarra Homestead offers an authentic bush and cattle farm camping experience only 25 minutes from Midland. This peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to reconnect with nature, enjoy some quiet time, and experience the beauty of Western Australia’s fauna, ecosystems and biodiversity. Beyond the property, Gidgegannup has much to offer. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the iconic Noble Falls stunning waterfall with scenic picnic areas and walking trails. The nearby Lake Leschenaultia provides more opportunities for hiking, swimming, paddle boarding and mountain bike riding. For wine lovers, the Swan Valley wine region is within easy reach, home to some of Western Australia’s finest wineries, local produce, and artisanal food experiences. Gates reopen around 8am. Please inform me if you intend to arrive later than 6pm or leave before 8am. • Please respect check-in and check-out times if not organised prior. • Please be respectful to our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 8pm. • In the event of a catastrophic bush fire rating or total fire ban, the property will close and we ask that you reconsider your stay if you have booked. This spacious campsite provides a perfect balance of open space and natural shade, making it ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat in nature. Wake up to the sight of kangaroos grazing in the misty morning light and watch them return in the evening as the sun sets behind the trees. The surrounding paddocks are home to grazing cows and sheep. Whether you're looking to relax under a canopy of stars or explore the beauty of the Australian bush, The Grove is a perfect getaway for nature lovers, families, and groups. Disconnect, unwind, and immerse yourself in the sounds of the forest and the peaceful rhythm of the land. 🍻 Area is suitable for groups 🍻 👶 Children under 2 are free (do not add to booking)👶 Please note: - This site is 'private', it is located 300m from hay and machinery shed, we usually drive down around sunset to the feed and check livestock. - No campfires permitted during prohibited burning season: October 1st to May 1st. - We rotationally graze our livestock in every paddock, we clean the site of animal droppings, but the surrounding area may have some droppings. - Generators are allowed, unless there is a Total Fire Ban. Generators must be off between 8pm and 7am. - The site is not visible to the main residence or neighbours residences, - Tractor and vehicle movement noise can be expected, however not frequent, - Please no driving around paddocks, limit to only to and from campsite, - Cows and sheep are in next adjacent paddock, please no feeding.

🐕 Pets allowed at this site 🐕 Sunset Flats is a peaceful 10-acre retreat bordered by a beautiful jarrah bush on one side and sweeping open paddocks on the other. The site offers stunning panoramic views—you can see up to a kilometre in one direction across the rolling farmland, making it perfect for sunrise coffees and sunset wines. At night, the skies come alive—far from city lights, Sunset Flats is ideal for stargazing. Wildlife lovers will enjoy visits from red-tailed black cockatoos, owls, eagles, falcons, kangaroos, and even the occasional fox or rabbit. You might also spot our cows grazing in the distance or sheep roaming the neighbouring paddocks. A few well-placed trees near the site offer natural privacy, and you’ll have the whole paddock to yourself, making it feel like your own private slice of the countryside. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway, birdwatching haven, or a base to explore the region, Sunset Flats is a place to unwind and reconnect with nature. 🏕 Site is suitable for rooftop tents, cars, campervans, camper trailers and caravans. 🏕 🍻 Area is suitable for groups 🍻 👶 Children under 2 are free (don't add to booking)👶 Please note: - Paddock was cropped last year which exposed lots of rocks, we do not recommend tents on ground. - We rotationally graze our livestock in every paddock, we clean the site of animal droppings, but the surrounding area may have some droppings. - No campfires permitted during prohibited burning season: October 1st to May 1st. - Outdoor generators are allowed, unless there is a Total Fire Ban.
