Absolutely had the best weekend off-grid in the Cattle Camp Cabin. Highlight was seeing the cows coming to the fence at sunset. Beautiful property!!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful spot.
Booked the cabin and had two caravans.
The camping area was excellent, well grassed, freshly mown and plenty of level space for 2 vans.
The rustic cabin is very well presented. Comfy, cosy and very clean.
Our dogs enjoyed the space as did all of us.
The host are lovely and very helpful, making us feel welcome.
We highly recommend this site One of the best we have visited.

Would highly recommend Piralilla cabins, we had a great time relaxing, great communication from the owners, great utilities, the outside baths are amazing! Definitely give it a try.

**Rustic Off-Grid Cabin Review: Charming and Welcoming**
Our stay at the rustic off-grid cabin was delightful. The cabin's small touches made it feel incredibly homey, and the outdoor bath was a highlight. We loved the friendly visit from the cows, and the hosts were wonderfully welcoming. Perfect for a relaxed getaway.

Such a perfect escape, so peaceful and so comfortable. Everything you needed and then more, (extras like flowers and cookies). I have already recommended, (well raved about really), Piralilla to work colleagues. It really was just perfect. Absolutely loved the reclaimed nature of the cottage, just beautiful and all the cosy comforts, like the super comfy bed. Lots of birds and cows to talk to. A little herb garden handy for fresh additions to a salad or a pasta. The cows come to the fence if you just shake the provided bucket of treats. Highlands have to win the prize for cuteness, a bit of cow therapy is a bonus. Games and a puzzle, a few good novels and a tv if you really feel the need to know what is going on in the rest of the world. It felt a million miles away and yet so close to Toowoomba. Even saw a small mob of roos on the last afternoon. Highly, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. My second visit to this property and our first in the Cattle Camp Cottage. Has all the comforts you need and if you weren't aware, you wouldnt know its off grid! No issues at all. Has all one needs for a enjoyable escape from the real world. Such a beautiful cozy space topped off with the indoor fireplace. The front verandah is the perfect spot to sit with your morning cuppa watching the sunrise. During your stay, don't forget to pop down to the fence and meet the Highland cows too. Great place to stay. Hosts Kim and Peter are wonderful. Communication with Kim before and during our visit was always hastlefree and always responsive. We will be back. We love it here. Thanks Kim and Peter.

We were lucky enough to stay a night in the cabin. The cabin was a hidden gem, very uniquely constructed which created a lovely atmosphere. A little rainy during our stay which restricted our outdoor activities. The homely touches to the cabin were a nice surprise. Just to mention a couple fresh flowers and home made cookies.

The cabin had bad absolutely everything that was needed but also not to much to take away for the simplicity of it experience. The super friendly cows will put a smile on anyones face. The view from the swing chairs in the morning with a coffee is second to none. Last but certainly not least the Hot tub at night and the natural light show has to be seen to be believed. Anyone thinking of coming here will most definatly not be disappointed.

My partner and I went to this cabin for a weekend away, and it’s absolutely what we needed! Fantastic atmosphere and a great little cottage! The cows were extremely friendly, and you could hand feed them!! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about booking!

Sometimes it's nice just to sit back relax, escape the real world and return to basics. Perfect little off grid cabin. One of those little gems you find and really want to keep as your own little secret place but really can't help sharing. Was such a great weekend away doing a great deal of nothing much - exactly what we needed. A memorable weekend of sitting in the morning sun on the front verandah just taking in the surrounds. The full window wall was the best place to bask in the afternoon winter warmth. Kim is the perfect host being easily contactable leading upto and during your stay if needed. Loved all the extra touches. The cookies were delish! When visiting be sure to make the effort to visit the Highlander cows with the provided cow treats. They are so adorable and fun to feed. The visits from the farm pups during our stay were so adorable and very friendly. A wonderful place to visit. Highly recommend. Oh and also be sure to make the effort to trip into Nobby and shout yourself a pizza at the Nobby General Store .... SO GOOD!! Thanks Kim, looking forward to another visit in the future. We will be back.

Offgrid Rustic Cattle Camp Cabin
We loved the cabin, everything there to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Great country location with views across the valley. Highlander cows on the farm are friendly and curious. Our dog loved the open spaces as much as us. Thumbs up

Perfectly appointed cabin with every possible thing you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoyed the verandah, fire pit and really well thought out design. Beautiful kitchen and great shower. Had a restful nights sleep and it was great to feed the Highlanders!

What a beautiful experience! Kim and Peter have made the most wonderful space - the views are stunning and the cabin is perfect. Such a praceful place to unwind for a weekend. Would love to come back again in winter and make use of the fireplace and camp fire. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

What a wonderful spot to just sit back and relax in complete privacy. Kim and Peter have made this little home away from home so adorable that you won't want to go home! My Husband soaked up the suns rays on the deck as he watched the cows in the pasture...I enjoyed completing a 1,000 piece puzzle for the first time. We fed the cows and listened to the birds. The fire pit was also a treat and how nice is that they have an honesty box for the money for wood. I loved everything about this place but I especially loved the sense of trust. Thank you for a wonderful stay for sharing your tiny house with us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kim and Peter’s rustic cottage. My only complaint was that it wasn’t long enough! Our next visit will definitely be longer.
We loved the peace and quiet and all the extra small touches. Kim has thought of everything!

What a gem. we are already talking about returning.
A lot of love from the hosts has gone into creating the perfect little getaway with this tiny home, with many personalised touches included to make you feel welcome and comfy.
The nearby farm views itself are amazing to look upon, and the cows are happy to strike a pose (and if you’re as lucky as us) may come over to the fence for a visit. We even had a couple of wallaby’s stop by.
If you are seeking a time out and searching for some rustic serenity, Piralilla Cabins is for you.
