Great property and the cabin is very clean and cool, the kids loved it!
Wow, this site is such a gem! We came here after a week of camping at a crowded campground, and this was such a breath of fresh air- very private and quiet, plus lots of space for kids to run around. The shelter is bigger than expected and also stayed quite cool in the summer heat. My family slept in the shelter and we set up a tent for storing our stuff. We appreciated the little touches like the string of lights and the clothesline. The star gazing was amazing. Fantastic location and was nice to come back to our quiet site after a busy day at Acadia. Jones Pond is a quick drive away and a great spot for fishing, kayaking, and swimming.

Such a cute and perfect little campsite. The building is so cute and perfect you could easily fit an air mattress inside or just use it as a bug free spot to hang or hold your gear. The outhouse was clean and super convenient to have. The hand pump well is a real life saver that made cleaning up and getting water super easy. I would for sure stay again and actually booked another stay right away!

Private getaway the structure onsite was awesome. Raspberries growing all around, beautiful view. Host is responsive before during and after the stay. Great trip thank you
This place is so serene. A great place for car camping, especially with dogs. I enjoyed a bug-free evening in the adorable little screened cabin and retreated to the car at bedtime. There is a little futon in the cabin suitable for one. It wouldn’t take much extra packing to make it a real glamping experience. Gorgeous views, abundant wildlife, great dog walking, and more. Grateful for my brief time here!
Timber Tent was everything that we wanted as both a base camp and a hangout/shelter. Would 100% stay there again. There’s so much to do in the local area, so we probably will.

This was an amazing site, don’t hesitate to book it!!
This is our third time in Maine and first time in this campsite and what a gem! I cannot express how much I love the views in the horizon, the amount of stars you can see at night because is so opened and dark! The ground is leveled which makes it amazing for easy set up. The 12x12 cabin is super cozy with multiple windows for fresh air. The well is such an added comfort, it looks a little brown from the underground minerals but it was still great. We used it for washing dishes and even took showers every night in the open air! The water was extremely cold but incredibly refreshing! We were there for 4th of July and got to see fireworks in the distance from our campsite being that is so high up.
The location was also the best for us because it was central to all of our favorite areas such as Schoodic Point yet was still very private.
Firewood is sold everywhere but there is a house with wood fire only 2 minutes away.
The firepit is great, has a grill to cook things on and they even provide the cast iron! We brought our own cast iron, and made a delicious pizza over the fire!!
The outhouse is convinient and good to have.
In summary, out of all the other places we stayed, this is by far my favorite campsite!
A little memorable moment… we saw the biggest shooting star I’ve ever seen in my life! I love this place and I cannot wait to be back.

My partner and I just stayed here for our second time and it was just as great, if not better, than our first time here. Great location, awesome price.
Beautiful area to stay at if you are going to Acadia park. The stars were very visible and wonderful to look at. The tent and outhouse were both very clean.

I had a fantastic time here! The property was beautiful and the cabin was clean and comfy. The little solar lights inside were very helpful! We even saw a porcupine which was amazing to see. Would definitely come here again!!

This place was amazing! So peaceful and relaxing.
We had the best time at this site. The views were absolutely incredible. We had better sunset views from the campsite than we even would in Acadia. Having the water, electric plug, and bathroom on site was so helpful, too. We ended up tent camping, but the little house was such an added perk, too for storage, spending time together, etc. I can’t recommend this spot enough!!

Love this place! I hesitate to recommend it so we can keep this gem "a secret", but its my second visit, and if you're vascillating, go for it. It's special. Keep it special, so we can keep using this little piece of heaven. Thanks Alise!
All I can say is wow!! I booked the camp for 4 days but was really only thinking I would stay for 2-3 and thought...what the heck, if I like it I could stay the 4 days. By day 2, I never wanted to leave. The place was incredible. The stars at night were so amazing that I didn't watch any TV or get on my phone the entire time. I can't wait to go again next year!!
The camp was perfect!!! Just enough roughing it to feel like I was camping but also just enough glamp to not make me feel like I was full on camping. Absolutely perfect!!

Beautiful spot! Lovely breeze coming up from the ocean. Very comfortable and the cabin was full of thoughtful touches. We found some wild strawberries growing and it looks like there will be raspberries or blackberries and blueberries later in the summer. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location with some partial sunset views, perfect cabin for our family of 5 to stay warm and dry. Outhouse was clean and practical. Owners had helpful things in the cabin like drinking water a nice flashlight, and a styrofoam cooler. Loved that it was close to winter harbor and schoodic peninsula.
The space was extremely private, with a nice hilltop view. A fantastic location for star-gazing. The cabin was great: spacious and breezy windows, clean and well-maintained, and well-sealed! No bugs in the cabin at all. Outhouse was similarly clean. No water around, so keep that in mind for fires (nearby scrub is very dry). We were there during a heatwave and the black flies were pretty bad; not sure about bugs in normal weather, but bug spray highly recommended.

We stayed for a few nights with our dogs in June, to explore the Schoodic Peninsula and the area. Great little camp! Very quiet and Private, just what we needed. Thanks Alisa, for sharing a great space!

I loved this campsite. The cabin was perfect for sleeping and hanging out especially because we did not have great weather. The cabin and the outhouse were both clean and in great condition. I definitely hope to return when there are clearer skies to enjoy the sunrise and stars. The site is huge and quiet. It took us a little under an hour to get there from Gorham mountain. My dog loved exploring the land. Firewood and cooking tools were provided.
