We are located just 45 miles from Zion (ask about a dirt road short cut), 20 minutes from Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and within easy driving distance to Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon’s North Rim. Here you're steps away from wide-open public BLM land and rugged landscapes, but also only 5min to gas, groceries, and a FREE, clean dump + fill at Bee's Market. Choose from a unique range of desert accommodations tailored for every traveler, from primitive and power-equipped camp sites for tents, small RVs, and overlanders, to cozy mesa-view cabins and our cute tiny home with a private bath and kitchen. No matter where you sleep, you will enjoy full access to our vibrant community camp features, including communal kitchens, a clean bathhouse, and a stargazing hot tub under the Milky Way! Camp Amenities We’ve thoughtfully designed our camp to ensure a convenient and enjoyable stay: Flushing toilets, hot showers and two stocked kitchens. Hot Tub: Soak under the stars for $5 per person per use, or $12 per person for unlimited hot tub (and a towel) and BBQ access during your stay. We are an inclusive and welcoming community for all! Such an awesome place! The owners are very friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. Bathrooms are very clean and the kitchens are extremely convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The location is gorgeous and the vibe is really laid back and friendly.

Beautiful camping with wonderful owners. There is a shower, clean toilet and nice kitchenette. It's about 50 minutes from Zion National Park, but it's an easy drive. I would recommend it :)

Tiffany and Gil were amazing and very welcoming! The campsite is beautiful and it looks even better than it does in the pictures. The bathrooms and the shower were very clean. I loved the shower and the water pressure was amazing. I would definitely recommend using the hot tub at night. It’s perfect for looking at the stars at night! I would recommend this place to all of my friends (:

Gil and Tiffany were tremendous hosts! Felt welcomed and they were positively engaging and I felt like family. Wonderful view from my campsite. Best showers I've ever had and kitchen was roomy and well stocked and easy to use. A wonderful Hostel feel to everything! If you are traveling for a Zion experience definitely stay here and if not make this a destination stay of 3-5 days and enjoy the spirit and vibe of this place and enjoy Zion as a bonus. Come stay HERE! I can't wait to come back. :) Safe travels to everyone!

Mesa View Glamp Tent - Heated Bed
We had an amazing time staying in Shanti's glamping tent. This is a very well thought out camp and I hope the new owners keep the vibe. The location is perfect, about 20 minutes from coral pink sand dunes. We appreciated the "super secret" back way to Zion. When you go, make sure you check out the ghost town of Grafton if you like history. We spent most of the day time out and about. Our evenings were quiet with just the right amount of other folks camping to make it interesting. The kitchens are very well stocked with pretty much everything you need. We didn't even need to break out our mess kits. There's pretty much no cell service, but the wifi is quick so you can research things to do the next day. Sliding down the sand dunes was the highlight of the trip for our 14 year old. The hot tub was perfect after a full day of adventuring. The only problem the entire trip was the wind. It's a bit unrelenting. Keep this in mind if you're planning on tent camping. In the glamp tent, it was no problem. My husband was even too hot under the warm blankets. I can't say enough about the view. The mountains in the area are spectacular. 10/10 for sure.

My girlfriend and I loved camping at Camp Land Beyond Zion! The views were beautiful, especially at sunset, and the whole spot had a really peaceful, relaxing vibe. The campsite felt comfortable and well set up, and we had plenty of space and privacy. It was a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. We’d definitely camp here again.

I loved the community spaces at this place. Lots of nice touches that just made everything a little easier. It was nice to have flushing toilets and hot showers. Community kitchens were also lovely to have. There weren’t many campers so it felt private. Although right on the road, traffic died down after dark and was quite quiet.

We really enjoyed Shantis property just outside of Zion. The location was easy to get to, had everything we needed (and more!) and was so cute! The spot we stayed at was perfect for our van, with water and power right by our site. Plus there was a large deck that ended up being perfect for a morning yoga session. The kitchen and bathrooms were close by and the showers were nice and hot! We opted to add on a hot tub soak and it was definitely worth it after a long day of hiking.

I loved tent camping here. I was traveling solo and it felt very safe and welcoming. I appreciate the details from the hand painted signs to the clear instructions. Jamie was at the camp and was so amazing. She took me on a local hike to see some petroglyphs! The bathrooms are clean and the shower is spacious. At night the property is lit thoughtfully so you can see the stars and see where you are going. It was a perfect jumping off point for Zion. I’ll be back.

I have been camping all of the u.s. and this was one of my favorite places. You are tucked away in the desert and you pull up to this beautiful inviting campsite. It had a full working kitchen with yes a gas stove and clean bathrooms and an outdoor shower! It was so relaxing and there are hammocks and a fire pit. For the price this is the best deal you’ll get where it is still camping But you don’t feel so remote. Also Tiffany and Jaime were the BEST host they were so hospitable and fun to have there. They both recommended great places to go and made me and my friend so relaxed and safe. Would recommend 12/10

We absolutely enjoyed our stay & wish we could have picked up Camp Land Beyond Zion & moved it to each place we traveled to. We loved not feeling rushed for a check-in time, as they were super flexible with our arrival. When we got there everyone made us feel so welcomed. This was the perfect mix of camping, but with basic necessities.

10 out of 10 stay! Top shelf! I was traveling alone and sleeping in my van. I felt so safe here! View is awesome, hammocks to frolic, a hot tub with twinkle lights, a kitchen and shower outside but enclosed! Land beyond Zion hit so nice I had to stay twice while visiting Zion! Thank you so much for your hospitality! I’ll be back

The Nest: Tiny Home
I had a fantastic time in the Tiny Home at Land Beyond Zion. The place is very cozy, with all the amenities I needed. I was able to simply relax, drive up into Zion a few times, and work a little (great internet) over the course of four days. Shanti was very responsive, quick to answer questions and offer tips. Land Beyond Zion is all about community… It shows that a lot of love & labor went into creating that wonderful land. The campground itself is very unique! Views are unbelievable in all directions with mesas all around you, and the sunrises + sunsets melt! There’s 2 fully stocked kitchens for easy cooking, clean heated bathrooms, community fire pits, hammocks, and lots of gentle lighting throughout the property to lead the way + make you feel safe. Relaxing in the hot tub under the stars was probably my favorite part! You’ll never want to leave! Especially, with how close you are to all the action - Zion, Kolob Canyons, Pink Coral Sands, Water Canyon, etx. It’s even not too far from Horseshoe Bend + Lake Powell, too!

Shanti's campsite was incredible! We enjoyed a spectacular stay on our engagement weekend. We would highly recommend booking this stay. The glamping tent is perfect for a weekend escape on the edge of Zion.

This is so fun. A little off the beaten path but the view is amazing. Shower and toilets, electricity and two kitchens. Platforms for tent campers to keep you off the ground.

I wish the wind wasn’t so cold at night but then again it is November. The place has a lot of character, is super clean and has a nice wooden grill where food taste amazing. Will definitely stay again if possible.

A camp I’ll be returning to! A fully equipped outdoor kitchen (the hot water kettle was a great surprise for a cold morning). The bathroom and shower was clean and an easy walk from any site. I appreciated the wooden platform as it was a rainy night and it kept me dry and off the ground. A great experience overall for sure!

Amis Français, c’est un peu du bric à broc mais très propre. La douche est chaude. Tout est à disposition dans la cuisine, c’est super. L’endroit est calme et la vue est belle.

Had a nice comfortable overnight here. The showers were piping hot, the toilets very clean. Didn’t use the hot tub but thought it a great amenity. I will probably stay here again when passing through the area.
