Description
Colorado’s Grand Mesa is the land of a bajillion lakes. Okay, so maybe it’s closer to 300. Either way, that’s a lot of lakes to camp out at! Jumbo Campground is one of your many choices, and it’s an excellent one at that. You’ll find this piece of paradise in between Jumbo and Sunset Lakes, and it boasts helpful camp amenities like large aspen and spruce trees (yay shade!). But the best feature of all? Most of the campsites have lovely views of the lakes. The sites are snuggled up close to each other, but the landscape is hilly enough to give y’all some privacy. You know, for those late-night campfire singalongs.
