The campsites may be situated on the “cozy” side, and the grounds are more manicured than wild, but the proximity to Atlantic salt water is unbeatable. Get those reservations in early, as campers tend to be repeat customers. Grass is neatly trimmed, trees line the road, and you can walk right down to the salt pond on the premises for some New England clamming.

My family has been camping at Fisherman's campground for years. The sites are either open to one another, or surrounded by bush. If you like more privacy then I would recommend a tent site with no electric or water. Great beaches near by such as Scarborough, and Narragansett beach. The Block Island ferry is also close by for a nice day trip!
