Mini cabin in the mountains!

The Ocean Blue cabin was absolutely gorgeous! Kevin is a fantastic and super hospitable host!! Me and my boyfriend chose the more secluded cabin that was on its own driveway! Which was much more preferred for us compared to the other cabins that were on one other driveway altogether. Our cabin might not have had the best mountain views, but the stargazing was phenomenal! Kevin made sure the hot tub was warmed up and ready to go, fresh firewood was cut and stacked by the fire pit and the cabin was nice and warm when we walked in! The only thing we could’ve asked for was better whether lol! This is somewhere we will absolutely be back to over and over again!!

My husband & I and our 2 dogs had the best time ringing in 2026 at this lovely property. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities are exactly what you need to stay there comfortably (countertop oven/air fryer, microwave, dishes, towels, robes, firewood). This is the perfect definition of “glamping” and we hope to stay again in the Fall. Kevin & his family are such great and responsive hosts, and I intend to recommend this place to everyone.

Great Couple Get Away!!!! 10/10

Ocean Blue
Me and my boyfriend visited the Blue House for a short vacation and we had a fantastic time! We only live an hour away from the area, but we needed to get away to something new with our dog and cat. Kevin made sure we had everything we would need and more. The house was extremely clean at our arrival, the hot tub was already set so we didn’t have to wait for it to warm up, and the WiFi worked absolutely great, being that deep in the mountains! You are absolutely set with everything you would need! We had a problem with our AC unit early in the morning, and Kevin answered our issue immediately and talked us through fixing it over the phone. We were also fortunate to meet him in person and got to know more about him, and he was interested in us as well which felt nice! If you’re looking for a private get away, or to introduce your dog to new smells, this is the perfect spot to visit! Absolutely no complaints, and we can’t wait to come back in the summer!

The cabin was very easy to get to and get into, clean, comfortable and well appointed. You really had the conveniences of home, while still feeling completely remote. Hot tub is great, sunset is better, and if you luck out and get a clear night like we did, the stars were breathtaking. Would recommend.

We traveled as a family of 4 and two dogs and we had a wonderful time at Ocean Blue cabin. Exceptional host and cabin was amazing. We had everything and more to has such a great time. Hiking trail on the property was perfect for our young kids. We took it twice and met friendly cows on top of the hill. Hot tub was a perfect spot for after hike and evening watching the stars! We will definitely come back and bring friends with us!

My wife and I loved staying in the Green cabin. The fire pit and hot tub were the best. The cabin was great. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good hot water. The first night we made steaks over a campfire with baked potatoes from the air fryer. The second night we made hot dogs and roasted marshmallows on the campfire. It was a beautiful drive from Knoxville. It was about as close to perfect as you can get. Thank you for the firewood, and thank you for having us.

We absolutely loved our stay here. All of the sites were filled during our stay, but everybody was quiet and respectful. Kevin was super helpful with anything we needed. Sitting in the hot tub at night while watching the stars was a highlight. The cabin was kept very clean, and it was stocked up with everything you’ll need. There was also tons of firewood for the fire pit. The land also had nature trails that you climb up to see a beautiful view. We’re really looking forward to coming here again!

We loved staying at the sight. Enjoyed the privacy and the view, and the hot tub. This was in spite of Mother Nature giving us rain for 3 days. Kevin went out of his way to provide us with dry wood; we just couldn't use it. The facility was clean, great condition. It was high-end and we plan to return at another time. Thanks!

Kevin's cabins was well stocked with all the essentials, clean, well furnished, and cozy. Great for couples! The hot tub was clean and warm upon arrival. Fire pit ready for use or cooking food over with the supplied grilling grate and fresh firewood stacked close by. Ocean Blue is a wonderful place to get away from it all for a relaxing stay. Would absolutely recommend to others.

Blue Ocean was very clean, bathroom immaculate. Cozy place , very quiet, plenty of firewood. Hot tub was amazing under the stars. Bed was comfy, plenty of towels and bathrobes for hot tub was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

This place is so special. I have never had a more comfortable glamping experience. The hot tub and views are just perfection. They thought of everything by including wifi and a little doggy care package. The pancake mix was such a sweet touch and made for an awesome morning. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The accommodations, scenery, cleanliness, host friendliness, ALL OF IT, was phenomenal! Kevin and his family keep such great care to the grounds and everything you need. Everything is there... bathroom items you never thought you needed, kitchen is fully stocked, extra blankets and pillows, plenty of firewood, hot tub cleaned and hot. I mean everything. Now the grounds... all the cabins are angled in a way that ensures privacy even in the middle units. There is no noise and the night sky is clear and dark. We saw the milky way! We loved our time so much we are headed back for our anniversary in October.

I had the best experience staying here with my dog! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and perfectly tucked away in the woods with beautiful mountain views. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax in the evenings, and the deck was a great spot to enjoy morning coffee while my pup lounged nearby. Kevin was an amazing host—super welcoming, communicative, and made sure everything about our stay was comfortable. I felt right at home and completely taken care of. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with your dog where you can relax, recharge, and enjoy nature, this is the perfect spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing Little Piece of Heaven

Just an amazing and dreamy little place nestled in the mountain's. My husband and I wanted a way to disconnect for our anniversary and enjoy some peace and quiet without the kids. This was the perfect place!! This little house is so well equipped to make your weekend feel like a private spa getaway and no need for anything more. We didn’t cook while there but well equipped to do so, and everything is thoughtfully provided. There was even a bag of popcorn to pop and some pancake mix if you needed. Really sweet touches. We enjoyed the spa with wonderful views, had a beautiful bathroom to shower up after, relaxed on the deck in the comfy chairs and even took advantage of the his and hers robes which we loved. I highly recommend this place for a get away and hope to return again. The host is top notch in his communication and we really appreciated his guidance on things we were looking for in the area (ie eateries). Thanks for sharing a little peace of your property with us for our special weekend.

This was an amazing vacation spot! Me and my husband had a wonderful time, great area, great place!! Perfect! Very romantic and stunning views. This is an amazing camp! You are in a private area, great for a romantic vibe, or you could have friends book the other cabins and do a friend get away. Very clean and had all the essentials that we might need. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. Kevin was also an amazing host, any questions I had he answered asap.
