Rosewood Farm and Agripark is my home. I honestly had about the most amazing childhood one could have on this very land! We hunted, fished, made mud pies and played outside for hours, as long as we were in shouting distance for supper time! I am so fortunate to be the daughter of two amazing parents, who had a dream to build a working farm from nothing more than a logging trail in the woods. They built a 3 story, 10,000 square foot house by themselves- while raising a family! We have 200 acres of farmland that features rolling hills, multiple ponds, creeks, farm animals, show horses and countless wildlife viewing opportunities. Wild turkey and deer roam free all over the farm, coveys of dove fly out from the pastures and trails, and coyotes howl in the night. Listen to the frogs croaking, crickets chirping and whipporwhills calling every evening under a magical blanket of stars. Take a nature hike through the trails that meander through the woods around the park. Our newest venture is to offer primitive camping and some cabin rentals around our 60 acre Agripark!
For those wanting to step it up a notch, we have erected a large concrete floor, covered event barn (for parties, family reunions, weddings, cowboy church, etc..,) and also a huge petting zoo barn with an area behind it for pony rides and 4-h/FFA functions. Also, a greenhouse is being erected next, that will teach people about aquaponics and hydroponics! Many things are on the immediate horizon for this special property. While we are under heavy construction at the moment in some areas of the park, many amenities are currently available. Why not unplug from the daily grind and spend time with those that matter most? My goal is to make this land as magical for your family as it has been for mine!

We had a great weekend. There was alot of rain on our weekend there but when the sun peaked out, we boated and swam on the lake, fished off the dock and had a great time. The boys camped and the girls stayed in the farmhouse. Jesse was an excellent host. The area was beautiful!

Glen and his wife were great hosts and the property was beautiful. The pond had several ducks and frogs.
The first night Glenn was very helpful getting us setup and telling us about the area. The second night they helped us out a ton with a hiccup we had with our setup. We took up their Saturday night and they were kind and we had good conversation the whole time.
We will definitely be back in the future, hopefully more prepared. They were both very kind and very helpful the whole way through. The location was great. The ground was fairly flat, they had a fire pit to use, and a porta potty. My boyfriend and i had a great time and had a very relaxing weekend here

This was an amazing hip camp. The setup was very nice and spacious. The hosts were kind and let us leave late. The real bathroom and shower were a nice option to have to save tank space. The only negative was the dirt road to the location was a little risky in one direction due to soft sand, but I’d absolutely book it again. Just use the Middendorf rd entrance to the street and you won’t have any issues.

Absolutely incredible campground!! Location was epic—loved the privacy of the treehouse spot. Hosts were so incredible. Very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was wonderful. We were able to get the canoe through the woods and to the lake easily and docked it at their boat ramp when we came back in. Highly recommend and will be booking stays here until it’s not open anymore!

The campsites are close to each other but secluded enough to where you don’t see the other campers. Taylor was so kind and responsive, and brought us firewood and cookies soon after we arrived! The walking trails were a fun touch, and the community area was so cute!

Beautiful site with a whimsical and fun trail network. Sites positioning provide enough separation to give you the sense that you have the place to yourself. Clean and well maintained drop toilets. Make sure to order some of the homemade muffins during your stay—we had the chocolate chip and they were delicious!

Tay's land is spectacular and evolving constantly. I was there 3 years ago also. the sites are well spaced and private. They added porta potties. I expect electric in the future!

This was an awesome site! Alex’s land is really nice. The pond was beautiful and made for an amazing serenade of frogs, birds, and toads - especially at night. The sites themselves have great spots to set up a large 6-man tent. The boat was fun to try out and there were some spots for fishing along the side of the pond as well. We liked the short hike around the pond and the road into the site was not too bad to access either. Alex is really great at communicating any questions and concerns and even messaged us letting us know it had rained up there and to be careful on the dirt road that morning before we checked in.
Beautiful land and was exactly what we were hoping for.

Primitive, rustic, and secluded, but still close to a small nearby town. There are three campsites on the property, so if others are there, you’ll be fairly close to them. Luckily, no one else was there this weekend, so we had the whole place to ourselves.
The property has a more natural, lightly maintained feel, so don’t expect a lot of modern upkeep—the rowboat has a hole and isn’t usable. The outdoor toilet is very exposed to the elements and could use some attention (the tank was full), but it worked fine for us.
There’s plenty of firewood, and the fire pits are nice, with attached grates for cooking. There’s also a small trail around the pond that was fun to explore.

It’s a sweet spot. It would be great for a rustic wedding! I was there just for a night as I had a pet CPR/first aid class in Charrlotte the next day. The paths were well lit it was nice to walk in nature a bit to wind down after 42 days of straight work. I did check out the campsites the following morning. They are super nice in wooded areas, with clean potties close if you’re not a pee in the woods kinda gal. I’ll be back!

I enjoyed my stay. Seeing the chickens and ducks roaming around brought back memories for me. The electric and water worked as advertised. Everyone I encountered was friendly.
Finding the location and navigating around in the “park” was not an issue with the instructions given by the host.
