We have 43 full hook-up RV Sites and 22 Tent Sites, located just 2.5 miles off WA SR14. Close to all the activities the Gorge has to offer, but far enough off the highway and train tracks allowing you to enjoy a peaceful and serene setting. We are a privately family-owned and operated Campground and RV Park in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge. We take great pride in offering a clean, safe environment for all guests.

Great little campground for campers! We brought our travel trailer out for a weekend trip so we could be near Hood River And this campground was great for us. Nicely wooded, small little spots that fit our camper and had space for a table and fire ring. There was a playground near the office that my 3yo enjoyed. Plus the beautiful drive to get there along the gorge. Definitely recommended!

Lovely quiet campground. The site are somewhat close but I never felt like my neighbor was on top of me. Not much to do in the campground itself but great place to stay while visiting the gorge that's not near the road or r/r tracks. Seemed like a fav of fishermen as many sites had boats

This was a beautiful campground and a lucky find! On days when it was 100° on the river, we were tucked under the trees and able to keep cool-er 😀. Clean sites, excellent restrooms, cute store and very nice hosts. We will visit again!

The campground is quiet and clean and staff is friendly! I wish we had a bit more room at our site but it worked fine and there was a larger community space if we wanted to take advantage of that. Loved being in the gorge!

We enjoyed our stay. The campground was very quiet. Good prices we drove to Stevenson had a nice dinner. We also did the mineral spa tub and wrap in Carson just down the road near the golf course. Beautiful area.

T-5 Tent Site
We spent a very pleasant night at tent site number 5 - very quiet and private as there were no other campers nearby, but the sites are well planned and have a certain amount of privacy even if you do have neighbours. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The porta-potty was clean, and the nearby sink with running water for dish-washing etc. was a nice addition. A great place where dogs are welcome on-leash.

The grounds are very clean and beautiful. The bathrooms and showers were impressive and clean. The camping sites themselves were extremely tiny, with 3 people and two medium dogs is was extremely hard to navigate that, and you can see directly to your neighbors.

Overall experience at Timberlake was neutral good. If I could rate my stay I would say a 5/10. I stayed at a tent site not the RV. Pros: bathroom is super clean, roads and signage are clearly marked. They have a store in the check in area to purchase items you may have missed like a toothbrush or etc. nice trails to walk, they have a good sized dog/pet area. Playground for kids. Cons: The Hipcamp site specific details need to be clearer. We stayed at T17. When we arrived we noticed that the trail to our site is a steep downhill. When arriving to our site it's a small steep uphill. This was nowhere mentioned when booking the site. This makes it tough when having to carry items down My wife slipped and hurt herself going down one of this inclines. For those who are accident prone I don't recommend staying here. Another thing our tent site was unleveled so we slept at an incline that was also not mentioned. Other sites are also close by depending on your privacy preference this may or may not be your thing. Overall I wouldn't come back, great memories were made with family but for my own personal camping preferences I would not.

Beautiful, quiet spot and extremely friendly staff! We were windsurfing at Bob’s Beach and this spot was only a 15 minute drive so, perfect. We originally reserved a tent site. We sleep in our camper and on arrival realized that the tent sites are only walk up (there are parking spaces available but a bit of a distance from the actual site) so we switched to an RV site. The staff made the switch very easy. RV sites are very close together, and I would say that is the only slight downside. Otherwise, we really really enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed here twice now. This campground has excellent service, clear communication, and they reach out proactively. The tent sites are shaded and well planned. The little store is well stocked for emergency / last minute purchases. Great location for water sports in the area. Not to mention, when our car's battery died and they jumped the battery for us. Thanks!

I loved everything about this campsite! We were nervous about the walk-in aspect but if you are in T-5, 6, or 7 it’s less than 10 steps away from your car. The main bathrooms were so clean and nice and offered wonderful looking showers. Some of the sites have an easily accessible and clean port-a-potty if you don’t want to make the 2 minute walk to the bathrooms. Everyone was so helpful and kind at the office and the dish washing stations were very useful. I would definitely camp here again and will recommend it to everyone!

Great little tent camping spot, one note you do have to park and walk down to the sites. But it’s a short walk. Bathrooms and showers are super clean! The whole campground was very well maintained. Overall would stay here again!

We found this campground last minute and were so pleased with our luck! Ideal amenities for campers looking to get outside but not "rough it". Dish washing station, clean bathrooms, small shop with wood and foodstuffs all made the trip super comfy and relaxing. Very few bugs this time of year. Sites were clean and spacious.

Highly recommend. They have tons of amenities. Dish washing station and potable water is always awesome. I enjoyed the shower. Really reasonable.

Timberlake camp ground was fantastic. Quiet semi private spots. Clean and well cared for. Marissa was a great host.

T-13 Tent Site
Marissa and her husband were great! When a fire broke out near the river and the town was told to potentially evacuate , they called and asked if there was anything we would like them to set aside for us since the roads to the campground were blocked off. Also showers are nice and HOT, the tent site was great with close proximity to parking! Plenty of hiking nearby also

Perfectly located in the heart of the columbia river gorge for all your outdoor adventures. Nice and quiet campsite for RVs and Tents. Clean bathroom and very friendly camp hosts. They have a small store on site for a few items you may have forgotten.

T-4 Tent Site
Loved Timberlake Campground! T4 was a nice secluded spot and we had the whole area to ourselves. Amenities were awesome! Kyle and Marissa were great hosts. We plan to be back!
