Let us pamper you at our serene, luxurious mini-resort, the perfect place for a romantic getaway or for a fun weekend with family. There is an indoor heated swimming pool open year round, and a playground with fire pit, and picnic area. We’re also child and pet friendly! There is a $50 per stay pet fee. Stay with us when hiking, birding, kayaking or just driving into the park, where you can be inspired by the view of Ann Lake and Mount Shuksan. We are an ideal “Basecamp” for enjoying Mt. Baker, North Cascades National Park, Bellingham and the North Puget Sound.

Camp glamorously in a private, secluded oasis at Sundara West. Fall asleep in a plush king sized bed lulled by the peaceful quietness, or maybe to the sounds of a distant train, soft mooing of cows, or the distant wailing of coyotes. Wake up to the cooing of doves or the distant crowing of roosters and have your coffee on the large deck enjoying the beautiful surroundings. For your convenience there is a mini kitchen with hot and cold running water, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee, sugar), tableware, table and chairs. If it's chilly out, get cozy in front of the gas log stove. To enhance your comfort is an electric fan and heater, a heated mattress pad and plush throws. A gas grill with utensils and pans are available to cook a hot breakfast and/or a delicious dinner. After dinner enjoy your favorite beverage in front of the fire, on the deck, at the table playing games(provided) or in the private hot tub. Those staying in the tent will use the pool bathroom (with shower) which is 40 steps from the tent entering the pool house thru the back. There is also an outdoor shower behind the tent. We take reservations for the pool so that use is private. There is a fire pit at the playground (s'mores makings and firewood provided). If you want the kiddies to enjoy this experience with you, we have 2 sleeping mats and sleeping bags. We also allow pets. There is a $50 per pet per stay fee.

Come to Sundara West Cottage for a restful and fun stay in the quiet, beautiful countryside. Spacious (1200 sq ft) with 3 bdrms (king & twin in loft which is open), queen and bunk beds downstairs, full kitchen, dining area, living areas, covered porch with gas grill. Also available is a foldable floor mat for an adult or child ; Pack and Play for an infant. Country sounds abound —coyotes, cows and roosters (right next door). Make s’mores in your private fire pit (fixings provided). The pool and hot tub are about 150' away. There is a per stay pet fee of $50 per pet. We provide firewood and s'mores makings. BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. PLEASE NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS. THAT INCLUDES DAYTIME VISITORS. Please note that if you want private pool time, reserve your time with Jackie.

Best glamping experience

Glamping Tent

This may be the best place we've stayed at. Jackie is an incredibly thoughtful host with excellent communication. The tent was clean and absolutely perfect. I was very pleased that she used non toxic products. The property is beautiful, the hot tub beside our tent was amazing, the pool was super cool and we had everything we needed for the best stay. She even shared s'mores kits with us for the fire. Jackie really thought of everything!! This is definitely a hidden gem! Will be booking again super soon! This time we will bring the kids. :)

Glamping Tent

I had the pleasure of staying in the glamping tent with my husband for our honeymoon. Our experience was everything we wished for and more. The tent was a perfect mix of cozy and romantic, with a king sized bed, heated mattress pads, and a gas fireplace. The tent is situated on a deck with a beautiful set up in front for sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evenings. The gas grill made it easy to prepare a hot breakfast. The most exceptional touches were the private hot tub and shower behind the tent, and of course, the pool house which provided a tropical oasis in the quiet countryside. There were other guests staying in the cottage but we were able to smoothly coordinate pool times with Jackie so we could enjoy our vacation in solitude. Last but not least, our host, Jackie, was absolutely wonderful and one of the most responsive hosts I’ve worked with. It’s clear to see how much care and detail she puts into making each stay perfect. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Sundara West is now top of the list of places I will gladly return to.

Fantastic Anniversary Glamp.

Glamping Tent

Celebrated our 24th Wedding Anniversary in the Glamping tent. The property is beautiful with lovely well-tended gardens and the tent is private and peaceful. Our host, Jackie, was responsive and gracious. There is a pool here inside a solarium adjacent to the tent that is just fantastic. We were able to reserve private time slots so had the pool to ourselves as much as we wanted. Out the back of the tent is a private outdoor shower and a hot tub. We enjoyed our little getaway so much and definitely plan to return. Thank you Jackie for sharing your camp with us!

Fantastic Glamping Experience

Glamping Tent

We enjoyed our stay so much! Jackie was a responsive and caring hostess. Our accomodation was perfect. This is the first time we've stayed in a glamping tent. The bed was super comfortable and a heated blanket underneath made our nights really cozy and warm. We loved the hot tub out the back of our tent and wonderful hot outdoor shower. Also enjoyed using the private pool. We definitely plan to return. Thank you Jackie for making our anniversary weekend so special.

Glamping Tent

Jackie’s place is amazing! We stayed in the tent and they have done a beautiful job of decorating and making it super cozy with everything you would need. The grounds and pool access are fantastic and make it a great get away for a family. Jackie was really responsive and very caring of our needs as we were bringing our 7month old on their first glamp trip.
