The exterior features a wooden sunburst over the bay window with alternating gold and copper sunbeams. The exterior siding is a mix of emerald green steel Snap-Loc and beveled cedar siding. The home has a few steps to get inside and steps to get into the loft bed for accessibility.
The 144-square-foot tiny home has a main living area that transforms from a dining room with a fold-down table and four chairs to a bedroom with a full-size bed that rolls out from under a bench.
Along with the main floor bedroom area, the Emerald Lodge has a bedroom loft with a full-size bed and a skylight directly above the pillows. Next to the bed is a large area that can be used as a closet and a TV on the upstairs floor with Netflix, Prime, YouTubeTV, local TV, and many more free streaming platforms.
The kitchen is outfitted with a concrete countertop, cedar cabinets, a hammered nickel sink, and open upper shelves. Appliances include a microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, and under-counter refrigerator.
The bathroom features a full-size bathtub built into the floor, a metal shower surround, a skylight, and a large hammered nickel sink mounted on a handmade maple slab with pewter inlays. We just remodeled with a full flush Harrow toilet and custom cedar shelves.
Code Access ill be provided day of check-in.
Daytime noise from the highway is noticeable, but the property is rural with Elk grazing at times and even a Coyote barking in the distance. We have events occasionally with lots of cars visiting for local events, but otherwise quiet farm. We have a lot of tiny homes on the plan, with more in production. Come try it, tiny!
