BACK COUNTRY CABIN
The property has a good layout and is clean. Restrooms are out of site but a close walk. Very thankful for the upgraded built in twin bedframes with comfortable mat instead of the foldable cots. That was a nice surprise that happened between booking and our stay. Beautiful trees all around and just a wonderful overall atmosphere.

Enjoyed our stay!! Two twin beds, a microwave, bathroom/showers close with a nice little front porch, table and fire ring. Beds were comfortable and campground was quiet. Close to town but you would never know. This is a newer campground but we loved all the personal touches. Coffee was great in the lodge for a donation. Owners were very friendly.

My husband and I, accompanied with our two dogs, stayed in Coho Cabin. We had a wonderful time at this campsite! The hosts were helpful, welcoming and attentive our entire stay. The bathrooms are well maintained and easily accessible from the Coho cabins location. The cabin itself was great as it had everything we needed and provided enough room for our group. We were pleasantly surprised that the two built in cots with provided mats were pretty comfy. All in all our stay at this campsite went smoothly and was a fun get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and our daily lives. I would absolutely recommend this site and campground to anyone as it is also centrally located to so many beautiful places to go explore. We have already booked another stay at this campground but this time we will be staying in the Backcountry Cabin and we are so excited!

My boyfriend and I booked tent site #3. Beware this is in a gravel parking lot and there is a small fence between the tent sites. We went to the office and asked to switch sites and they offered us many different options when it was all sold out online. I was pleased with the other site that we were given just disappointed that the original site did not look like the pictures. The campground map does not match what is on the website. Looking at the updated map I wouldn’t have booked that site. Showers are $5 per day. Firewood was always low or they weren’t there so we had to go to a gas station down the road. There is a number to call if help is needed but no one ever answered.

There were lots of sites ranging from large RV all the way down to tent sites. Resort is clean with attractive landscaping and a helpfulvstaff. Located just outside of the town area of Forks, it was near the Hoh Rain Forest Entrance and a slightly longer drive to the coastal beaches. Good option for those unable to find a large enough site in forest service campgrounds.

John was an outstanding host, our stay was absolutely wonderful! The campground is perfectly situated just minutes from town, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. Don’t miss John’s gift shop: his handcrafted wood pieces are beautifully made and truly unique. We highly recommend both the campsite and John’s creations…you won’t be disappointed!

This was my first time staying at Olympic adventure camp the reason for our visit was a modification to a retirement party for one of my coworkers. The campground was made orderly and clean prior to our arrival. The campground is located near Forks, Washington. The driving directions were easy to follow. The only issue on that aspect was when you get to the area near her Lake Pleasant. The map goes kind of nuts because of cell service for a little bit but just keep on the original track for a couple miles and you’ll be just fine. Back at the campground there is a nice layer of mulch put on the ground for an area to place and set up your tent. The walking trails in the camp allow you access to the local river so access to the road directly to the river requires a little bit of mountaineering skill. The facilities and amenities at the campground are far better than I would expect the only thing to be aware of is the flush toilets closest to the site are rather cramped and tiny Reminds me of visiting Japan. John was an exceptional host and the facilities and his entire operation are top-notch. My entire group of six people thoroughly enjoyed their visit and we look forward to our next one.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and nice and nestled in the trees and had what you needed. It was close to Hall of mosses where we started our morning and just a good central point. We were here for only a short time but if we’re in the area again we will definitely stay here!

I have born traveling for a month now and I must say this has been my favorite campsite. I felt like I was sleeping in the beautiful forest but with others around. I felt safe and it is a beautiful piece of land.

Loved this campground! Cute and cozy with lots of little fun details throughout like happy campers and worry less signs, pops of color from flowers, and a Knick knack store where you check in! Site 20 was magical. Fire pit and picnic table and a little tunnel in the trees leading you to the lush mossy forest to explore! I wish we could stay here longer!

Great location to acces many trails within an hour drive in either direction! Big open level space for the camper with two options for fire pits! Definitely a nice quiet campground right off the main road! Easy trip to the store if you forgot something as well!

Loved our little cabin! Gave us the camping feeling we wanted without any hassle of camping gear. Very easy check in and out. Booking was simple. Very clean cabin and bathroom. Host really cares about the property and the guests! Will stay here before hotels.
Only downside is $5 hot shower.

I had some flight troubles that caused me to miss my original reservation. Knowing I wasn't eligible for a refund, I simply took my loss. The folllowing day when I did make it to Forks, I figured I would just check and see if the campground had any availability... they did! I shared with the lady my mishap of the previous night due to flight cancellations, and she gave me my stay for free! So kind and not expected, but very much appreciated! Wonderful stay

It was easy to find on the 101. It’s close to town. The owners are kind and helpful!! It is on land that is beautifully laid out. They have a store with all kinds of cool stuff inside. I highly recommend this spot! We loved our RV spot!! Thanks for the beautiful stay!

We stayed 3 nights at Olympic Adventure Campground and had a great time. We were in site #25 (a pull through) and it was a great site with the door of the trailer facing the woods. It felt semi-private. It is near the portable restrooms as well. We enjoyed taking walks through the Campground and seeing the different types of campers, i.e. tents, cabins and RV's. The store was cute and had a lot of various items for sale. The location is close to the center of Forks and near restaurants and a main grocery/hardware store. It is a great property and is well taken care of. The only "nice to have" would be laundry facilities.

We stayed in the Chinook cabin for two nights in order to spend a few days in the Forks-side of Olympic NP. John was accommodating and even left us the key to “self-check-in” after hours so we could spend the evening within the park! The cabin was small but had a microwave and countertop which was nice. I would recommend staying at the Olympic Adventure Campground, and would consider staying here again myself should I find myself back in Forks.

We stayed here at this campground for 12 days and it was very conveniently located and semi nice campground but it is very poorly organized and the two things that bother me the most are the fact that you had to pay an extra five dollars if you wanted to use their showers and there was no convenient dump Station. The owner was nice to allow us to dump in an open site that had full hook ups. Other than these two things I would recommend staying there.

Great place to stay. The sites are clean and tidy. The restrooms are really nice. The park is quiet and beautiful. We got a little confused on how the sites are numbered, but it was all straightened out by John.

Disappointing. For $65 per night, we expected shower facilities. Instead they have 3 portable bathroom/ shower cubes and charge $5 per shower. Trash was overflowing and had to ask host to empty garbage can. No real dump station. We were told to look for an empty site with sewer hookup. Seemed rather ill-prepared for summer tourist season.
