Secluded private site centrally located just a mile from Interstate 5 off of exit #11, and 6 miles from the Interstate 5 / Hwy 205 intersection so most places in Clark County are less that 20 minutes away. Please Input 23102 NE 3rd Avenue into your GPS. Clicking the link on the Hipcamp map will bring you here with an Androuid device, but send you to a gated community West of us on an Apple device. Located 5 minutes from the Amphitheater,10 minutes from Ilani Casino, and less than 30 minutes from some of the nicest freshwater lakes around. This is a secluded, Park Like property with walking trails all the way around it, and some interesting things for kids to spot, especially up Fairy Lane. Walking access is permitted, but you must keep pets on leash and keep an eye on your kids. In the dry season, typically May through the end of September, fires are not allowed, and please USE EXTREME CAUTION IF YOU CHOOSE TO SMOKE ONSITE. If you are one of those who just tosses your butts in the underbrush, you will be asked to leave for the safety of our property and guests. There is no smoking allowed inside the cabin, bathroom, or anywhere near the sawmill, or any area North of it. There is a public bathroom in the middle of the property beside the tree fort. It's well lit and open 24 hours a day. It has a flush toilet and a hot water sink and a HOT shower. * PLEASE NOTE To keep from freezing, the instant hot water heater is disconnected, and hot water, and hot showers ARE NOT AVAILABLE FROM NOV 15TH TO MAR 1ST. Cold water to flush the toilets and wash your hands is available all year. You can use the discount code NOHOT To reduce your booking rate during those times We try to keep rules to a minimum, but people seem to find creative ways to cause issues. Please park outside the yellow gate in the parking areas noted on the map. Please park on gravel and DON'T DRIVE OFF THE GRAVEL ROADS ONTO THE GRASS. Anita hates it, as you can cause a fire in the summer, and leave muddy ruts in the wet seasons. If you're driving through the trees, you're doing something wrong. There is plenty of wildlife on the property especially in the couple hours before dark. Best place to spot deer, racoons, porcupines and beaver are down near the pond. Enjoy your stay. Very private sites to pitch a tent, where nobody will bug you. Convientiently located just off exit #11 from I5. Dispersed campsites are available on the property with just a short hike, if you want even more privacy. ALL of these sites require you to park in a parking lot and walk a short distance to your chosen site. You may choose any flat, mowed area away from other campers and structures to park. The most convenient site is behind the tan building on the corner as you arrive, you can park on the corner by the arborvitea bushes. There is more parking by the concrete blocks in front of the tan building. If you are a self contained car or vehicle camper, feel free to book a tent camp site, and park in the assigned parking areas. You can stay with your vehicle. If you arrive late, you can feel free to park in front of the rollup doors by the tan shop. It's nice and flat. If you are planning to attend an event at the amphitheater, please check in and find a suitable spot before attending the event. We can reserve a parking spot for you making it easier for you and other guests if you stagger in after midnight looking for a place to camp in the dark. If you want to group camp, we have an area inside the yellow gate that can accomodate several tents, and /or self contained campers that we can open for you. Please contact us first to book. There is a restroom with a flush toilet, and a hot water sink, and shower available on the property about 400' away, depending on where you choose to camp. Please don't park, or drive on the grass, and don't park beyond the yellow gate as it is locked from 10 PM until 10AM Deer, beavers, Nutria, Ducks, racoons, and a mating pair of red tailed hawks live onsite. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash, and you must pick up after them. From this loaction you can get to most places in Vancouver via I5 and I205 within 20 minutes. Kelso/Longview is 35 minutes away. Fantastic boating is available on the clear lakes of Merwin, Yale, and Swiftcreek reservoir 30 miuntes to 50 minutes away. Kayaking on the North or South fork of the lewis is available within 20 minutes. Pekin Ferry is 10 minutes away.

Oh-Deer-Me RV Site w/pwr

Vehicle site · Sleeps 4 · Vehicles under 35 ft
Our main RV sites are almost always booked years in advance, but by request, we created a secluded place where people passing through could park for the night and plug into a 30 amp RV outlet to run their A/C in the summer, or heater in the winter. There are no sewer, or water hookups, so you'll want to fill your water tanks and empty your waste tanks on arrival. In a pinch, both these services are available onsite. This is a simple level site in a quite area. You must be able to back up to get into it, but there is plenty of room available. For privacy, you won't have campers on either side of you as one side is a building (where your power is located) and the other side is a dropoff along a 45 degree slope, so even Bigfoot isn't tall enough to look in your windows. Please limit your stay to 2 weeks maximum.
