Mike's on Mary Ann Shelton Lake has 25 acres and 300' of waterfront with campsites directly on the lake. Mary Ann Shelton Lake is a private 12 acre lake with limited homes offset from the lake. There is power and water beside the campsites. 2 acres are dedicated to camping and 10 acres of back country trails. While walking through the property trails, you will find patches of blackberries (native and Himalaya), huckleberries, thimbleberries, salmonberries, and wild strawberries around the property. The wildlife is all around and seen daily - from eagles, red-tailed hawks, owls, osprey, ducks to deer. Further back from the lake with a great view of the lake and horizon is also an RV hookup (30A + water). There is a big screen for projecting movies on the lake and an area for dining. There is a floating dock which can be used for fishing or jumping off into the lake. The campsites are 4 miles from the outlet malls, Tulalip Amphitheater, the frisbee golf course, and Kayak Point.

    What a gorgeous property! We had such a fun time swimming, paddle boarding, and fishing on the stunning little lake. The close camp sites and communal fire pit made for a fun social atmosphere. Mike was a very accommodating and gracious host. We will definitely be staying here again!

    Mike’s tent sites are peaceful and serene! A perfect stopover on our longer journey. I was happy I brought earplugs to muffle the nighttime lake sounds (maybe bullfrogs?). Mike had great communication with us about our trip too. Definitely recommend!

    The perfect getaway

    The perfect choice! My girlfriend and I were looking for a getaway on a lake where we could take our kayaks and fish. Mike's property is not far from lake Goodwin, for those wanting the experience of a large lake, but we found the tranquility of the smaller lake to be perfect, caught two fish as well.     Mike has a great property - clean porta, felt safe and peaceful. We brought our own kayak/SUP but he had canoes and a pedal boat to use. It's a small lake but we paddled around quite a bit and since there's only 5-6 houses and no public access, it was very quiet. We stayed a few hundred feet from the water in the trailer site. We loved the first night when we were alone; a bit less private when the other tent site moved in but they were super nice and it was no worse than a state park. It was a fantastic starter trip with our new trailer.

    A great spot for RVs and campers alike. We brought our pop up tent trailer and pulled in to the upper spot where it was nice and flat, had a view of the lake and hookups. There is a super clean porta potty, water and electricity at the tent site as well, a communal fire pit, firewood and even a paddle boat to use from the dock. A friend brought their dogs and they had a great time swimming and exploring. The 2 downsides were the shoreline is incredibly muddy and not accessible and the neighborhood dogs had a barking fest at midnight for some reason.

    The property is in a great location, less than two hours from Seattle. The area is clean and spacious, and the lake access is great. The rope swing and the horseshoe pit were lovely amenities. It was the perfect place for the kids and dogs to play! Mike is a gracious, friendly, and communicative host. I would definitely recommend!

    This is such a beautiful property, and Mike is amazing as a person and for all the hard work I imagine he put into his home, wish we could have booked it for much longer but availability already was an issue, but we will for sure be back as much as we can

    Great spot for a weekend of camping! Lots to do including a paddle board, kayak, and paddle boat. Mike was very kind and helpful! Would recommend in a heart beat!

    Mikes place was awesome! It was a private area right on the lake. Mike was super helpful, generous and made sure we had everything we needed. He gave us access to the canoes and other water toys. He allowed us to bring our dogs and let them roam and was super accommodating. This place was beautiful!

    Mike was the perfect level of social but let us do our thing. Directors were perfect. Spot was gorgeous. Played Kayak Disc Golf Resort on Saturday and it was the perfect location, we’ll be back.
