They reply really quickly based on our short notice that we would like to stay for a night! Pretty cool to camp in a vineyard, great view with the mountains surrounding us. the honey bucket is also cleaner than I expected. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had such a great time camping on Cynthia and Tom’s gorgeous property! We originally only booked for one night, but requested to reserve another night because the campsites are so peaceful and beautiful. We were super close to parks on the lake and very close to Lakeside Surf/grocery stores/town.
The views were absolutely panoramic and kept changing in the best way possible! Cloud shadows over the orchards, sunrise and sunsets!
We saw a deer with short antlers grazing on their beautiful wildflowers, many Osprey fly overhead, and even a hummingbird! Great thorough instructions on where to go and how to park, clean portapotty is all you need!

Manson / Lake Chelan Orchard Camp
Cynthia and Tom's land was easy to find and provided for a peaceful night before our backpacking trip. The ground was well groomed and flat for easy tent set up. We got to meet their two dogs, who were totally adorable. This is a great option when the rest of the state camping sites in Chelan are booked.

The gardener was there when we arrived, after check in. It delayed us setting up camp. Then the sprinklers turned on and got our tent wet.
The site is pretty. If all 4 sites are booked it is crowded. Hopefully you like your camp neighbors. Seems a bit expensive for what we got.

Cynthia and Tom are great hosts! They were easy to communicate with, answered my questions promptly, and provided helpful and stained information about the campsite.
The surroundings are expansive and the big night sky is spectacular.

Great views. Wish it wasn’t so smoky from the fires, but was amazing otherwise. Hosts were nice and allowed my kids to run the fields while they had the sprinklers on. Definitely worth it!! Will camp here again. Wish I stayed longer.

Vast open area perfect for camping. Ideal place for overflow camping when summer rentals are at capacity. Calm and quiet area with bathroom and mountain views. Easy to find and plenty of parking. 👍🏽

Beautiful area near Lake Chelan. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The wind does blow out there, so make sure you bring your stakes to lock your things down. My family and I slept under the stars, and weather was warm enough in the night, and the stars were great. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

It was great to have a spot in general. The pubic lake parks are nice, and the lake is epic.
However, this camping was basically like concert event camping and way over priced. There is absolutely no privacy. The tent sights are literally on top of each other- I could touch the tents next to me on both sides and there are no sites marked out, and little level ground, making the camping right together if you want flat. It should be a one or two spot at best NOT three spot camp site. If you don't have serious stakes you won't be able to keep a tent up, there is NO wind book you are completely exposed, and the wind almost blew my tent down most of the night being tied down and staked. The wind was so bad one night I thought about moving my car to help block the wind...of course not possible because next to me two other groups showed up to camp at ten. There is a quiet time, but no interaction with any hosts 🤷♀️.... Overall, over charged concert camping... With wifi... I'd you want to sleep plan on bringing earplugs and or earphones. Your cozy neighbors, farming equipment, and roosters will wake you up at dawn if you ever do get to sleep.

Cynthia & Tom have a great location for camping! We stayed over 4th of July weekend and had so much fun. The view is beautiful and the location is very smooth and soft for tent camping. They do provide a toilet that is very clean. The town of Manson is close and also many park options for swimming. I would recommend staying here!

Beautiful stay among orchards! We loved it, it felt like we’d been transported to Italy! It’s also very close to the lake. A six minute drive and you’re swimming in crystal blue water! We’ll definitely be back :)

This place is awesome! It was easy to find and the hosts were attentive, friendly and easy to get in contact with. (Quick response times). Would 10/10 stay here again. Beautiful view of the night sky and weirdly enough, we placed our tent beside the sprinkler and enjoyed the cool water coming through our tent - kept us cool during the heat wave! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, we will be back!

Great location in Manson, close enough to downtown, wineries, and local breakfast. We enjoyed the view of the mountains and the sounds of nature in the morning. Clean facilities and plenty of space for setting up tents and tables. Also nice to interact with others in the same space. Good price compared to other campsites in Chelan.

The property out in Manson is a beautiful plot of land perfect for tent campers. There’s enough space to comfortably fit several tents on the grassy hillside. If you’re looking for a private location just outside of town with views of orchards in all directions, this is your go to spot. Bonus points for the limited light pollution, which allows you to see stars on a clear evening.
