This property was a dream of mine to own land and grow food and be sovereign.  I used my focus to manifest this land, started paying for it when I still live in Colorado 15 years ago, eight years ago I built a house on the hill top and have been enjoying the dream of living in the forest ever since.

    Honestly, this could have cost us twice as much and we still would have loved it. We were at the campsite near the goats, and we could see the campfire of the folks staying in the cabin but barely heard them at all. Tom was super friendly but respected our space, and he brought us plenty of dry firewood. The goats were delightful, and the forest was peaceful. It was a wonderful evening. A couple things--go slow when you turn off the old highway up the gravel hill. Like, real slow. You might want to downshift. You'll probably hear some road noise, but it wasn't bad. If you need water, Tom will fill your water jug for you or let you borrow one if you forgot. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot, and I'm sure we'll be back!

    Tom is a great guy. He's constantly upgrading his property, from the little cottage to the camping sites. He is incredibly hospitable and accommodating.

    This place is such a good place to land. Very beautiful and the perfect setting for relaxation and comfort. The cabin is cozy and sweet as is the composting toilet and shower house. Host is very accommodating. An absolute gem!
