Come connect with the beauty of the Appalachian mountains on our 28-acre property! Our family-friendly campground includes walking trails in the woods and meadows, beautiful mountain views, a shallow spring-fed creek and play spaces for the kids. Located just 17 minutes from the bustling small town of Floyd, you can enjoy a day at the shops, experience some live blue grass music, take a drive on the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway, or hike at one of the many nearby mountain trails. We like to keep the majority of our property wild for the animals and insects that call it home but also for us, so that we can embrace and retreat into the serenity and beauty of the nature all around us. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Local Attractions and activities can include: - The Blue Ridge Parkway (17 minutes/10 miles away) - Hike at Buffalo Mountain - Rocky Knob Recreation Area - Chateau Morrisette Winery - Villa Appalachia Winery - Enjoy the blue grass music at the Floyd Country Store - The beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains - Floyd Fest in July - Floyd Yoga Jam in September ** Due to this being a family-friendly campground, no smoking, excessive drinking, or partying. ** We are a pack in and pack out camp. There are dumpsters located across from Willis Elementary, just a few minutes away. Recycling is located in the parking lot of Willis Elementary. ** Dogs are welcome and must be on a leash at all times. ** We have a 2-week maximum stay on our calendar, but please reach out if you are looking for a longer stay.

We loved this site! It was a beautiful view and the hosts were so accommodating. We will definitely stay again if we're in the area! The view is stunning!

Things we enjoyed: -Level sites -Convenient hookups on site -Great for groups -Walking trails on site -Fire rings and picnic tables -Peaceful surroundings -Convenient location to a small store and floyd Things to note: -Sites have little privacy (this did not effect us because we booked all available sites). -There is a family with children and a dog that frequent an unlisted site. They were kind and helpful. -Sites do not have shade, so plan accordingly. -Host was responsive to communication from our group.

Beautiful spot especially for our group camping trip with nice level spots. They have walking trails around the camp ground, not long but nice walking trials. There are a total of 5 spots and one is occupied permanently by a family that takes care of the campground. Mom and son came and introduced themselves, they were very nice. Other than that we didn't have any interactions with them they kept to themselves, they do have a dog. Easy drive to Floyd for a day trip.

My friends and I rented four of the spots, and we had a great time. The views from the property were beautiful, and the location was perfect for exploring Floyd. The walking trail that takes you around the property was a great bonus.

We camped with a group of friends here and had a lovely time. The grounds are very well kept, sites are nice and flat. The views are amazing, mountain views during the day and stargazing at night. Our site (4) was the closest to a full time occupied camper. It was no bother especially since we had friends at other sites to be our hang out area. Just be aware in case you prefer total privacy. The location is convenient to Floyd for all the activities there. Also must recommend Dino's, a Greek restaurant down the road. The food was wonderful - BUT be prepared they only accept cash or check.

Great spot on the top of a hill, easy pull in and pull out set up. We were passing through but looks like a great spot to spends a few days at exploring the trails. Dogs had a blast, we will be back if we come back down 81 anytime soon
