Our studio garage apartment is located at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains outside of Crozet, Virginia in what is known locally as Sugar Hollow. Our property adjoins both the Moormans River and Grubbs Branch. The entrance to the North and South Fork of the Moormans River trails are only 2.5 miles from our door. We also have hiking trails located on our property. The garage apartment comfortably fits two with two queen-size beds, a sitting area with TV and internet, kitchenette and full bath. There is a mini-split for heating and cooling. Perfect Couples’ Getaway
Sugar Hollow Outpost
This was such a beautiful spot for a getaway weekend. The studio apartment is very comfortable and a perfect launching spot. The property is extremely well maintained and provides a gorgeous view of the nearby mountains of Shenandoah NP. “Downtown” Crozet is a short scenic drive away and we enjoyed dining at Crozet Pizza and Fardowners. We also enjoyed the coffee house Mudhouse and spent some time shopping in the Crozet Artisan Depot followed by a tasting at nearby White Hall Vineyards. In short, it is in the kind of place that will be on our list of favorite spots when we need a “reset” from our daily lives. Our host Amy was extremely responsive and welcoming.

A Great Stay, 5 stars!!
Sugar Hollow Outpost
We had a great stay at Sugar hollow outpost. The area is very peaceful and quiet. There are several wineries nearby to enjoy. The space had everything we needed. Full bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker and comfortable beds. It was also very clean. Thanks for the great stay. We hope to stay here again!
