The glamping tents are located within the 1.5-acre meadow and rustic (pitch-your-own-tent) camping locations are available to consider within the meadow and forest. Option 1: Convertible Twin-to-King bed setup, with Kitchenette (running water, induction cooktop, and tableware for 4), wood-burning stove or AC (exchanged seasonally), ideal for 2 people. Can accommodate 3. Option 2: 4 individual cots, wood-burning stove or AC (exchanged seasonally). Lockbox combination provided to access farm and tent keys. Luna Bell tent accommodates 2-3 people. Solar powered. Includes kitchenette with 5-gallon (refillable) potable water connected, dinnerware, mini-fridge, cooktop, and seasonally available AC or wood-burning stove. Place empty water container and full waste water container outside of tent for exchange. Convertible king-to-twins bed arrangement with electric heat pad mattress covers for efficient and adjustable warmth on cool evenings. Quilt serves as dust cover. Add-on linens package available for $35. Short distance to shared bathroom tent with compostable toilet and hot shower. Communal fire pit with picnic table just beyond orchard in meadow opening. No RV hookups available though dump site and water refill available at Lake Anna State Park just 5-min down the road. Only grass cover parking available onsite. While available alongside tent, parking is encouraged near farm entrance, particularly if rain is expected.
