Important Site & Utility Details (Please Read Carefully): * No Water Hookup: I can fill your water before you park if you are unable to fill up before arrival. * No Electricity (Yet): While an electric hookup is present power is currently not connected. We are actively working towards getting electricity reconnected, but for now, please plan to be fully self-sufficient for your power needs (e.g., solar, generator, or battery power). * No Public Restrooms: Guests must rely on their RV's self-contained facilities. What You'll Love About Our Location: * Direct Trail Access: less than one minute to the New River Trail, perfect for hiking, biking, and scenic walks. * River Adventures: The New River is just moments away, offering fantastic opportunities for kayaking, fishing, or simply enjoying the tranquil waters. * Personal Fire Pit: Relax under the stars by your own designated fire pit (a bundle of wood is included with your space!)
