30 amps. This site has a standard, grounded household electrical socket, requiring a plug adapter for 30-amp service. It has successfully and repeatedly supported 30-amp service for camper trailers (12- to 25-feet), to provide power for refrigerators, AC, fans, lights and more. We’ve never had a problem doing this, and will gladly work with you to address your unit’s electrical needs.

30 ft Class B

We had a great two night stay. Great location close to downtown Blacksburg and the football stadium. Bobby and Wynne were very helpful getting us set up. 30’ max is definitely true, so don’t think you can sneak by with 32’ or 33’. The neighborhood was pleasant, dog park across the street and a lovely large pond with a walking path around it. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Hethwood Haven. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. Bobby and his wife were great hosts. They were very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. When we were at the game, it started raining and Bobby took the time to go out and cover my grill with tarp. While we didn't have time to hang out in the backyard, the backyard is a great place to hangout. The location is convenient to the VT campus. We would rent this place again.

Easy and smooth!

Convenient location just a few miles from VT in a sweet neighborhood. Bobby communicated well with us and everything was smooth! We had a great weekend with our Hokie kids. Thanks!

Owners are very gracious, offered whatever we needed! The location was great, close to campus and on a nice bike/walking path. Super easy to get on campus and into town. The neighborhood was super peaceful and quiet. Great location.
