RV place was very close to the other RV place , and they both share the same camping seating .
It would have been crowded for us
But fortunately the other RVer was not there for the night
Otherwise is a complete camping place with toilets, trash water and electric hookups

This is a really nice property with 3 campsites. The RV campsite has room for two hookups but they are literally right next to each other so best used as a group or individual campsite. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Dry Creek.
We gotta into our site just before dark and were given a quick tour, offered water and lighting to make our setup smoother. It was greatly appreciated.
We parked our van at one of the sites and found it quite easy to locate a level surface. When we woke up in the morning we saw a family of 5 or 6 deer down by the creek.
The location is beautiful and the hospitality warm.

Beautiful land including the soft sound of the creek. The portajohn was clean and functional. The pavilion has a nice area for just sitting comfortably. Eppy is especially friendly and welcoming.

This is a peaceful amazing stay!! Judy and Wendy are amazing hosts, so sweet! Every morning and night we watch the deer. We also enjoyed skipping rocks and splashing around!

We had an amazing time camping at Judy & Wendy's land. The property is so beautiful, with mowed green grass, bird songs galore and a gorgeous creek. The porta-potty was clean with no smell. We used the campsite as our jumping off point for trips to Cascade Falls, Blacksburg, Mountain Lake Wilderness, and the New River Trail State Park. Judy was the most welcoming and helpful host. We look forward to coming back!

What a gorgeous space! The creek, fireflies, wildlife, it was such a peaceful, beautiful spot. We especially loved hanging out in the pavilion on a rainy morning. Incredibly kind and welcoming hosts too - we’d absolutely stay here again!

Had a great time with our 3 little ones and pup. Setup our pop-up camper down by the creek which had picnic table. Property is well maintained, quiet, and available porta-potty was very clean. Will definitely be back!

What a beautiful spot, with a lovely green field and a whispering creek. It took some effort to level the camper, but once it was in place, we were in great shape. The directions were clear and helped us arrive in the evening without incident.

We had a great experience at Judy and Wendy’s RV site. We had no trouble finding the location and Judy was very hospitable and helpful in getting us set up. Their site is super quiet and beautiful and my kids really liked the nearby creek.

This was our first time using hip camp to book a campsite. The road coming in to get to this property is a beautiful twisty windy country Road that gives you the beginning of the sense of being in the beautiful countryside. Once on the property, the open space and the way the property is kept is absolutely beautiful. The sites offer plenty of space between any other campers. The host even provided coffee at the gazebo/pavilion in the morning. We absolutely love our stay. Enjoyed it and will almost definitely be back.

A beautiful place for a peaceful night. We were only able to stay one night but we loved meeting Eppy and seeing a million stars. Nice dark sky spot. Dog friendly, grass was cut, cute little creek. Clean bathroom. We can’t wait to come back!

I cannot say enough about how cute this place is, or how welcoming. Worth every penny and more. If you are in the area stay here. The property is amazing and the mountain biking in the Roanoke area is abundant.

This place is beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. We saw a heron and turkey milling about the creek. We enjoyed having full hookups with close proximity to VT and other attractions. If you forget anything, you’re close to plenty of options. You do need to bring plenty of leveling supplies. We used pictures of previous set ups to help us figure out what we wanted to do. We were able to make it work for our 34’ travel trailer with the door facing the creek. The hostess is a sweetheart; friendly and helpful, but won’t be in your business either! Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot with welcoming hosts. The site is in an open field with a creek down the hill. We were the only guests at the time and it was a great place for our dog to play off leash and enjoy the creek. Beautiful stargazing and scenic drives - we will be back if passing through the area! Tmobile home internet was around 300MBPS

What a lovely hidden gem! Nothing but trees and a big wide field, bordered by a flowing brook. It was pitch blackwater night, just the way I like it while I'm camping! And the host is so kind and helpful. I wanted to stay a few more days, but my travel schedule wouldn't allow. If you're looking to get away from the world, this is the place to go! I will absolutely return when I'm back in the area.

We loved this spot! Beautifully maintained, great location, & full hook-ups. Huge grass field and a large creek for the dogs to play in. Picnic tables in various locations, up by the hook-up site, down by the water, and in a large covered pavillion. Judy and Wendy are great communicators and were a delight to chat with. We will be back!

Cool spot down by a flowing creek that runs alongside the property. Drove down a small slope to a generally flat area next to the creek, no issues at all. We didn't need hookups so drove our rig down, so great place if you don't need hookups or are going to do tent camping. Large open meadow and lots of sunshine. The hosts were very communicative. Definitely recommend!
