A little pricey but the view from the field is really nice. We thought we had access to a porta potty but it was not there/available during our stay. The host offered to use the bathroom in one of the houses there which was nice even if we did not understand which house she was referring to.

Fantastic experience in our sprinter van at Grandview Farm. It surely lives up to its name.
Lake Willoughby and the surrounding mountains offer a magical Vermont experience.
Elizabeth is a wonderful host as well!
We hope to go back again sometime soon!

Cabin #6 Overlooks field and Lake
Elizabeth was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The place itself was breathtaking, and the views were simply stunning—like something out of a postcard.

Very accomodating, great communication, site was perfect for the Total Eclipse! Checked on us numerous times to make sure we were OK. Porta-potties, clean and well-stocked. Highly recommend!

I had a good time camping at Elizabeth's property for the eclipse. It was primitive camping with no toilet or other amenities, and I camped out in a wet, muddy field, but that was what was advertised. I'm grateful that she opened up her land to us for that special occasion.

We stayed at Elizabeth’s for the eclipse and couldn’t have had a better experience.
Elizabeth communicated clearly. The farm was easy to find, the entire place was sunny and had epic views of the lake. Location was good and close to the beach at north end of lake.
I’ll definitely go back and camp again!

This was an amazing spot and fabulous host. Definitely will return. Would love to rent one of the cabins on her property. A beautiful defunct dairy farm.

I got may signal crossed with host and had difficultly finding site. As compared to other sites on this trip it was overpriced by 50 % . Adequate site and nice once I got settled.

I’m not sure what was better, the views or Elizabeth’s kindness and hospitality! We saw tons of wildlife, fell asleep to loons at night, woke up to wild turkey in the morning, and had some of the most incredible sunsets while munching on apples off the trees all around us. There’s a lovely trail down to a stream and waterfall near the meditation grounds. It was so nice to break up our gazing at the lake view with a loop through the forest.
Elizabeth was kind enough to give us a bit of a tour of her land (after bringing us Amish donuts!!), and it just didn’t quit. This is such a special place made all the more special by Elizabeth being such a wonderful host (thanks for the book loan)!
I can’t recommend booking with Elizabeth enough. It was so much better than expected, and far better than any standard camping grounds if you’re like me and don’t need (nor want) all the amenities except those nature provides.

Very quiet and secluded location with an amazing view. We were privileged to be Elizabeth’s first paying customers, and I’d love to see what she does with this property.
Elizabeth was very communicative, kind, generous and helpful. The cottage is comfortable, rustic, and perfect for 3 guys on bikes.
