Beautiful grassy valley pasture land with 180 degree views of surrounding hills at the base of our largest peak on a quiet dead end road. We are located directly in between Burlington/Lake Champlain and Smugglers Notch/Stowe with grocery stores, banks, high end restaurants, shopping and spas, a family pie shop, farmer's market, mountain view park, brewery and coffee shop just up the road. Access to miles of hiking trails to top of Mansfield right here. We are at the base of the largest Vermont peak, as well as 30 minutes to the largest city in Vermont, Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks and just 2 hours to Montreal.
