My partner and I really appreciated the privacy and simplicity of the site. It served our purpose and was a peaceful place to touch down and relax for the night before continuing our journey. Bonus that it is dog-friendly!

Jessica’s campsite was very nice and very accommodating. It was great to be able buy eggs at the farm store, also the maple marshmallows we bought were great to go with a campfire.

Nice private camp site. Beautiful part of Vermont with good hiking nearby, and near Jay Peak. Definitely recommend this site.

Beautiful property, fantastic people. One of the owners came out after dark to tow our van out of the mud. (My fault) And they let us upgrade our stay to be in the cabin when our heater in the van didn’t work.

We had a lovely time tent camping at Jessica’s place! It’s a simple site that met our needs. We were trying to see the northern lights but unfortunately it was too cloudy. It would definitely be a great spot for star gazing in good weather!

Jessica is a wonderful host. She gave us a tour of the place and set us up well—with plenty of dry firewood even in the rainy weather! The site is quiet and simple, just what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful evening at Bliss camp. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. We arrived very late in the evening as we were at a concert prior. Despite how late it was, Jessica had been in touch with us to make sure we could find our way down the beautiful winding dirt road and greeted us with a smile and a dozen farm fresh eggs.
The site itself is quiet and beautiful and really is it’s own little piece of paradise. After a fun and chaotic day, I couldn’t think of a better way to end our day than falling asleep to the sound of a nearby stream and chirping crickets.

We loved Bliss Camp ! The location was easy to find. It sets in hundreds of acres of maple trees. There's a lots of walking trails and everyone on that road is very friendly. We watched some beautiful sunsets from the field next to the camp. We would go back for sure !

Jessica was very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly! Beautiful spot with a trail right off the campsite and amazing views a very short walk up the road. It’s very quiet despite being just off of a dirt road, only a handful of cars drove by. 10/10 would stay here again

Bliss campsite is very easy to get to and great for pull right up car camping. The site is spacious with a very nice fire pit and side table that came in handy. It rained when we arrived so we had to rig a tarp with some homemade tree posts. This site is not wooded, you are in the open so be prepared. Views up the road are incredible. My only complaint is you are right on road and people drive by very fast. Definitely keep dogs leashed and watch small children if you bring. Other than that it was an easy way to spend a night outside and we got to explore a beautiful part of VT.

We had a wonderful family weekend at the cabin. Richford is in a beautiful corner of vermont with rolling hills, valleys, and Mountain View’s. The cabin is conveniently not too far off the road, although is so peaceful and quite out there you would never hear the road over the trout stream. If you like to fish there is native brook trout right out the front door. We mountain biked on the numerous trails on the property, exploring multiple streams. Our hosts were very accommodating. It was nice to get fresh eggs and maple syrup. It was also great to talk to Jessica as her family has been there for generations. They are doing great things in conserving the land. For a truly unique and lovely Vermont experience I highly recommend.

Really magical camping spot. Excellent sunset views, a beautiful stream with some wily Brook trout, and plenty of birdlife - I flushed a beautiful grouse on an evening walk, woke up to thrush song, and heard purple finches, broad winged hawks, and chestnut sided warblers over the course of my stay. The field site is easily accessible, and the woods roads beyond quickly take you into some rarely visited backcountry.

This place was great! It was a large site right next to a stream, there is a small pool you can jump in. There are also a couple trails you can walk around right from the site. The site is right off of the road so you can park right at the site. The scenery is amazing! Jess was great, she greeted us on our first night, told us all about the trails and wildlife and she checked in the last night to see how everything was. We got to meet a lot of neighbors on our walk and everyone was very friendly and told us about the area.
We would love to go here again in the summer and fall!

Jessica was an amazing host!
Helped out with multiple things we forgot, and was always responsive. Her maple sizurp and honey is delicious, and we brought tons home with us. There was even some for us to try and use while at the cabin.
Very rustic and remote. Just what we needed for our weekend skiing at Jay Peak.

Stayed one night. It’s a sweet little spot tucked next to a creek, in the woods. What more do you want? If you’re looking to get away, and can deal without all the amenities, you’ll love it here.
My dog could run around. You can have a fire while listening to the babble of the brook, AM and PM, the brook doesn’t sleep like we do.
The host, Jessica, was super nice. And checked in on us in the morning as she was off to tap maple trees. She was flexible with our checkout time, and very communicative and helpful with our plans in the area.
I will definitely be back.

Hi vue was an awesome stay, the entire area around the cabin is so beautiful, including the drive. The hosts came to check in with us during our stay to see if we needed more water or anything else. We asked about buying some maple products and Jessica gave us a tour of the sugar house which was very cool! We also got a discount. Inside the cabin was very clean and the perfect size. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of warm blankets. The cabin had a small heater that worked well and kept us very warm. It had basic kitchen supplies including a flat top griddle which came in handy on a rainy night when cooking on the fire wasn’t going to happen. My dog loved running around the secluded area, there is a nice hammock set up and a metal fireplace a little ways away from the cabin near a small stream. There is not a ton of space around the fire pit but it can fit a small group. We did not have cell reception at the cabin because we were very close to the Canadian border. It is a bit of a drive to get to a grocery store so it’s best to stock up on your way in. I’m sure there are smaller stores closer if you need essentials and Jessica answered quickly so I’m sure she would be able to help! As this place is fairly new and doesn’t have a lot of reviews yet we were a little unsure of what it would include so I’ve added a picture of a list of stuff the cabin had to offer!
