Set on 10 private acres in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, this off-grid spot offers a mix of 2 acres of open field and 8 acres of surrounding woods—perfect for a quiet getaway with plenty of space to yourself. At night, the open field gives you a wide, unobstructed view of the dark Vermont sky for stargazing. During the day, you can rinse off in the rainwater-fed hot shower and relax by the fire pit after your ride or hike. This location is a great basecamp for mountain bikers and outdoor enthusiasts: • ~10 minutes to Kingdom Trails in East Burke • ~20 minutes to Victory Hill mountain bike trails Whether you’re here to ride, explore, or just unplug, you’ll have a comfortable, private setting close to some of the best outdoor recreation in the area. The cabin is available to rent upon advanced notice.SHOWER NOT AVAILABLE IN NOVEMBER Set up your tent anywhere where the field is cut. For the best experience, we recommend pitching on the left-hand side of the cabin — either between the fire pit and the cabin, or under the tree next to the deck that’s currently being built

What a great and quiet place to spend a night, nice fire pit with some fantastic fall colors all around and a great shower set up.

Host was Véry helpfull and quickly answered the question. Nice quiet remote place with Much appreciated hot shower. Thank you . Host was Working on a tent Platform wich seems awsome.... For RVers: just be Aware that the land is a Little bit ruff and not Level .... with a few blocks IT was ok with my 24 feet ClassC .... But I would not recommand IT for A longer rig.

Perfect spot for stargazing! Nathan was quick to respond to my questions and offered great local recommendations. The Besaw and Shonter Shuffle trails are a 5 minute drive away and East Burke is just over a 10 minute drive. Check out Tomassoni’s for the best pizza of your life! Gosh, I will dream of that pizza. The shower was hot and easy to operate - much appreciated after a long ride. We also enjoyed one of the coziest camp fires and sipped a local hard seltzer called “Hockey Mom”. The morning was crisp, quiet and peaceful. Slept like a baby. This is also a short drive to Victory State Park which my husband was thrilled about because we saw our FIRST EVER moose.

Staying here was a great experience Nathan was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions I had. The stay was peaceful and very secluded although it’s close to the road there isn’t much traffic. The stars were also amazing and the outdoor shower was a nice addition as well and was easy to figure out. Also was nice to be less then 10 minutes from kingdom trails although I did drive to east Burke you could pedal to one of the kingdom trail entrances as it’s 2 miles down the same road

This place was perfect nice and peaceful the stars were unreal and the drive in with my 2WD hatch 10/10 stay not to mention was 10pm from kingdom trails you could actually pedal to the east hill area if you wanted as you pass a trail intersection 2mile down the rd
