Beautiful 20-acre Southern Utah property, fully fenced and gated. Just 10 minutes to downtown Cedar City or I15 freeway and 5 minutes from Quichapa Lake recreational area and under 60 minutes to Zion or Bryce Canyon. Level concrete pads are available for parking. The property features a pro-level half-acre+ R/C crawling course. Fresh well water is available near the campsites to fill your tank. There is a fire pit area with wood included. 1 toilet now, another one on its way and showers coming soon.

Chris was a warm host and the land was beautiful. Great sunset and views of the mountains. It was quick and easy to get in and out of town but it felt quiet and secluded.

Chris was incredibly kind and helpful. The site was beautiful and quiet with a bathroom and running water nearby. I would definitely recommend this for anyone staying near zion.
