Beautiful 20-acre Southern Utah property, fully fenced and gated. Just 5 minutes from Quichapa Lake recreational area and under 60 minutes from Zion or Bryce Canyon. Level concrete pads are available for parking. The property features a pro-level half-acre+ R/C crawling course. Fresh well water is available near the campsites to fill your tank. There is a fire pit area with wood included. Composting toilets and showers coming soon.
