The place was spotless. Restrooms super clean. Decoration was an upside. We could feel the love Rose put on the place. Rose was awesome with us!!! She provided everything we asked her. She even brew some coffee to us!!! I would definitely recommend this place.

Rose is so kind and easy to talk with. Her land is welcoming and I especially loved The Lou bathroom/shower room!! It's adorable, clean & had humorous but clear signage inside 😊😊☺️

Rose is an amazing host and The Arosa was such a pleasant experience. The area is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic (especially the partially covered gathering area with coffee!), and I just felt well cared for. Rose was so gracious and considerate of everyone's needs for the 2024 eclipse for which I was there and while I live very far away, I hope to revisit some time in the future.

Staying at The Arosa was great! Rose was great at communicating with us prior to our arrival and answering any questions. The property was nice and the bathrooms were clean.

What could I possibly say about this place that would do it justice. My son and I attended this campsite for the 2024 eclipse and we had such a blast. It is like a tiny resort and it attracts the greatest people. The design of the place really encourages a community-like atmosphere. We made several friends while camping there. Rose and Lawrence are great hosts. Lawrence will give you a tour around their little town and Rose will make sure you are well taken care of.

Rose was an amazing host and her property is beautiful. Loved the water feature, which plenty of hummingbirds visited in the morning, giving us quite a show. The covered patio was a comfortable place to relax and talk with other guests. The bathrooms were well equipped and clean - hands down the nicest bathrooms I’ve ever used while camping! Overall - we were all extremely happy with our visit

EVERYTHING went well! When the forecast said there would be clouds everywhere, Rose made them open up! He caught the full Eclipse in all its glory all while enjoying a wonderful group of campers and enthusiasts sharing equipment and snacks.
The campsite is fantastic with great restrooms and showers, fun decor up all over the place, and even coffee ready for you in the morning (via keurig with pods for you). Everyone we camped with was wonderful. Couldn’t have been a better weekend. Did you forget solar eclipse glasses? Rose has you covered. That’s the sort of host she is.
The only items to note: cell service is spotty and depending on how many people are there, the WiFi is also spotty (but you’re camping so whatever). And if you’re a light sleeper, the road is next to the site so be prepared with some light ear plugs.
10/10 would go again

Rose was super helpful, accommodating, kind, and friendly! She offered to let us borrow a space heater for our tent…life saver!! The whole site was neat, decorated nicely and well-maintained! The bathroom was very clean and smelled nice…seriously, the place was rad. If we have any feedback at all, it would be to turn the ambience lights off at bedtime for us tent campers. But honestly it was not an issue. ♥️🖖🏼 We’ll be back! Thanks, Rose!
