2 acres in the hill country in a small wooded neighborhood. I live in the brick house, have several garages and sheds, etc on property as well. There are also a few honey bee colonies scattered on the property. Open grassy areas as well as tree covered areas. This is a quiet neighborhood and wildlife is abundant. You may hear coyotes and a great horned owl at night. To the left of the main brick house there is a restroom with a toilet and a small kitchenette with sink and microwave, open 24hours. (Go up the steps to the door with the restroom sign) You will also find a self-serve "store shelf" with our honey and a few other goodies, with Venmo instructions. There are 2 LONG RV spots up to 45 feet in length BUT, they are back in only and the turn around area is tight if you have a BIG RIG. The 2 camper van sites are (Site 1) 32' and (Site 2) 22'. Ask me if you want to know more! It helps me to approve you more quickly if I know how tall/long your RV is. Especially if you are longer than 24 feet. You can text me info. I have a place you can drive up to and get a water fill if you need extra water and you can release GREY WATER as needed to water the lawn. :)

These are basic parking areas on mulch/dirt, just off the driveway. Property has a lot of trees that divide the areas nicely for privacy. These are spots for VANS, CAMPER VANS, SMALL RVS, no tow vehicles. Site # 1 is 32' and the site # 2 is 22'. There is one public restroom at the store, with a small hand washing sink with hot/cold water. There is an outdoor shower next to the dark brown tiny house with COLD water only, but if you need towels or body wash etc, just ask! :)

My stay was fabulous. I was greeted when I arrived by Tanya and soon met her sweet bitsy Yorkie baby. I was fortunate to get there while the store was still open. So many beautiful bottles of delicious honey that I shared with my son and daughter. They were thrilled to have local honey. Thank you Tanya I will be back!

I stayed here in while I was working in Bee Cave. The land was exactly as advertised and more, Tanya is the most gracious and helpful host, she made sure I was very comfortable whether or not she was home. Easy access, clean bathroom. Would recommend.

Tanya's property is a great home base for spending the day (and evening) hanging out in Austin, which is what we were in Austin for. Close enough for traveling into town, but far enough away that you feel like your a bit beyond the suburbs. You also have easy access to locations west of Austin. Our lot was level and plenty big for our truck and teardrop trailer and the bathroom was easily accessible and clean (and outdoor shower, which we did not use). Tanya was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Tanya's property for your trip to or through Austin.

Just the perfect distance to explore the city of Austin in one direction (25 minutes), and Dripping Springs (15 minutes) or even Pedernales Park (40 minutes) in the other. Host was responsive, friendly and helpful. Spots where quiet. Property was well kept.

Nice level quiet site for our Sprinter van. Loved having a bathroom available. Tanya is an excellent host. Even gave us some banana bread. Bees were not an issue. We didn’t see any. The Honey Store had several varieties of honey and bee pollen as well as some cute bee related items for sale.

Such a cool place to camp. I slept in my car in a spot that had some shade and privacy with the trees but was still convenient to the bathroom. I put up a tarp because of expected rain, but that ended up being a thunderstorm with 60-70mph winds! I stayed nice and cozy though. Besides the storm, the campground was quiet, unless you count going on the screened viewing porch to see - and hear! - all the bees in the hives. Tanya was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Tanya was very friendly and welcoming. Great little spot which allows you to be close to downtown Austin while also still feeling a little bit like you’re hidden in the Hill Country. There is little privacy between parking spots so if you’re a sociable camper this is a great spot for you. Unfortunately for us the weather was horrible, but I’d like another chance to visit in the future. Thanks Tanya!

Tent camping on grass, dirt, mulch.
Very unique private tent camping spot near Austin. Tanya was kind, friendly and helpful. Always available by texting if any questions arise. I have a great video of the chickens, hens, and 2 ducks. Bees no problem. One other tenter far on the other side, hardly saw them. I was traveling alone bicycle touring. Easily ride out for groceries etc.

Tanya was an amazing host! Very helpful and communicative! The camping site was very nice and the honey bees were an added bonus! She also sells honey and other honey related products that are absolutely amazing! I would definitely come back if not to camp for the honey bee farm for sure.

Beautiful property! We felt safe and comfortable staying here. Tanya was very warm and welcoming! The farm animals were also pretty social as well, got to hang out with the old rooster all morning 😂

We had such a wonderful time here! Would have stayed a few more nights but it was booked. If you like chickens, roosters and country style living then you'll love it here.
