PT Ranch: People are Greater than Things. This is a great location for people to come and relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Nestled only 0.6 of a mile off of Highway 62/180 in Hudspeth County (On North Howling Wind Road), Texas, this Ranch offers four 30'x60' RV sites, and four 20'x30' RV sites. There is ample Hiking nearby (Sierra Tinaja Pinta, Cerro Diablo, and Miller Mountain in The Cornudas Mountains), and the site is only about twenty miles West of the Guadalupe Mountains National Park. When you need to reconnect with city life, El Paso is only about 45 minutes away, and the small town of Dell City is only 20 minutes away the county seat, Sierra Blanca, just 40 minutes away. We welcome Families, Meditators, Yogis, Saints and Sages, Overlanders, Hikers, Mountain Bikers, Motorhome Enthusiasts, Snow Birds, Sun Gazers, Bush Pilots, Equestrians, Paragliders, Baloonists, Kite flyers, and anyone who's out there to enjoy the natural beauty of West Texas and the world in general. We ask that our guests pack in and pack out what they bring. As we are a newcomer to Hipcamp, we do not have any RV hook-ups, or out-houses yet. We also explicitly request that our guests not bring any drugs or alcohol on the site--this is a dry listing--we don't like drugs and alcohol, they bring demons, and we don't like demons. Also, we support the Second Amendment, but ask that our guests not discharge firearms on the site unless it's an emergency. We love dogs, but if your dog is big and aggressive, not very obedient, and potentially dangerous to other people, kids, and small pets, we ask that you keep your buddy on a leash and make sure that he/she doesn't get into trouble. The site is 20 x 30 foot and is a pull-in/back-out, or back-in/pull-out. The site is flat and cleared. It's perfect for one or two cars/vans, but if you can get more in there, we aren’t going to complain—We give you carte blanch on that. You will see a small black sign denoting the site number (example below). It's the first site on the right when you enter the ranch, you cannot miss it. Services: This is nomadic camping at its best. No services as of yet. Activities: Whatever you like (in accord with “house rules”). Enjoy yourself.

Site is 30 x 60 foot and is a pull-in/back-out, or back-in/pull-out. There's a drive that leads into the site which gives you some extra space in case you're pulling a trailer or something. The site is flat and cleared. Depending on who's in your entourage, the site may accommodate more than one RV. You will see a small black sign denoting the site number (example below) and there's a directional sign on the main drive into the ranch, so you will have an easy time finding it. But, just to be extra sure that you find it, the site is in the Northeast corner of the property. Access it by pulling in the main entrance and turning right after the directional sign, then hanging the next right. There's also a site map below for your reference. Services: This is nomadic camping at its best. No services as of yet. Activities: Whatever you like (in accord with “house rules”). Enjoy yourself.

We had an excellent time staying here for a night. We were passing through and spending a day at Guadalupe, so this site was perfect for three folks in one truck with two tents. We found the site easily, quickly set up on good flat ground, and enjoyed a lovely sunset. 10/10 would return!

P>T Ranch was a perfect stay for me and my dogs while we were passing thru! Lots of wide open spaces, and beautiful views. The entrance is a small gravel drive off the HWY with no lighting so just be mindful of this if you’re arriving after dark. Louise was so helpful and checked in with me shortly after arrival. I would absolutely recommend if you’re in West Texas! It’s also very close to Guadalupe Mountain NP!
