Here, you're welcome to: • 🚐 Bring an older RV—no restrictions on the age or type of RV. Skoolies are welcome! • 🐶 Travel with your dogs—no breed restrictions. • 🔧 Work on your vehicle—repairs and maintenance are welcome. Site Specifications • Accommodates RVs up to 32 feet in length • 30-amp electrical service • Water hookup • Sewer hookup • Space to park your tow or towed vehicle This is a basic site with everything you need and nothing you don't. Stay Connected • Outdoor Wi-Fi access points are connected to high-speed fiber-optic internet service. • A network administrator lives on-site and can quickly address internet connectivity issues if they arise. • If you're a Comcast Xfinity subscriber, several Xfinity WiFi access points are also available in the surrounding area. Convenient Location • Approximately 2 miles from a Metro Park & Ride with frequent service to downtown Houston • About 3 miles from a Kroger grocery store • About 5 miles from a laundromat • Several convenience stores and restaurants are within walking distance Whether you're in town for the World Cup or simply passing through, you'll find a straightforward, welcoming place to park, hook up, and enjoy your stay.This RV spot has concrete pavement, with space for your RV and your tow / towed vehicle.

The site can accommodate an RV up to 32 feet long. In addition, there is parking for your tow / towed vehicle.

Allowed rigs: travel trailers, pop-up campers, class A RVs, class B RVs, class C RVs, campervans, and truck campers

We're flexible about vehicle types but as there are no public restroom facilities, it seems to us that your setup will need to have self-contained restroom facilities.

Off leash. We don't have any rules about leashes but you don't want your beloved pet wandering out in the street. There are no breed restrictions.

If you *really* want to do a campfire, we can figure out where would be a safe place to do it.

No toilet; campers must bring camp toilets

We're flexible about RV types but it seems to us you'd be happier if you have access to your own restroom facilities.

Spigot. This is a city water connection.

Bins available

Trash bin. Please put your garbage in the garbage can.

Wifi available

Our WiFi is backed by a fiber-optic Internet connection. A network administrator lives on-site and is prepared to fix promptly any connectivity issues.
