The trailer was perfect for me as a solo traveler, and a great location to explore East Austin. Even better, Erica gave me excellent recommendations based on the things that I was interested in.

Erica’s trailer and home was perfect for our ACL trip! The outdoor shower was so nice and Erica was so accommodating throughout our whole stay. Would love to come back again!

We didn’t actually get to stay here due to a booking mix-up (on our part, not the host) but Erica was very kind and communicative in helping us sort things out. On that alone I would stay here next time we come through Austin. Bummed we didn’t get to check it out because the tiny house looks lovely! Hope to stay here on the next trip.

Erica’s spot is perfectly glampy. The trailer is so cute, very clean and tidy, highly functional, and modular. The trailer is small which is what I was looking for since I was flying solo for my weekend trip. I could see a couple staying here if they don’t mind being in close quarters. The AC unit feels AMAZING. The little table folds up easily so that you can transform the futon into a bed. The trailer is in her backyard which includes another tiny residence (whom you share a bathroom with, the bathroom is its own structure). The backyard has lots of cute lizards and squirrels and unique decorations that Keeps Austin Weird in the best way possible. Erica is incredibly friendly and helpful and responds quickly. Looking forward to booking this spot again in the future.

Simple space in a great location close to all the cool east side spots and downtown and accessible to major roadways for exploring all the great city of Austin has to offer! It was a great combo of rustic nature in the heart of the city. Being in the heart of the city brings city noises so be prepared if you're a light sleeper and bring your earplugs or AirPods for some green noise cancellation. The outdoor shower was a lovely way to start my morning!

Erica’s tiny house is clean, comfortable and safe. Comes with everything you need in terms of indoor comfort (full bed, kitchen, bathroom, AC) and the outdoor shower is ✨ divine! ✨ She’s an incredible and friendly host with immaculate vibes. Also the location is so walkable for coffee shop/convenience store needs and only a 10 min drive to downtown. You won’t regret this step above glamping, especially if you get to spend time with Erica’s adorable sidekick pup 🐶
