The site sits on 1.7 acres and includes two (2) bunkhouses, a firepit/playground, recreation/event center with a kitchenette and attached full bath, two (2) RV hookups suitable for small RVs or pop-ups, and an area for tent setup. Another area of the property features a fishing pond, scenic views, and additional tent sites. Beyond, there are more than 20 acres of raw land with three separate hiking trails and hidden treasures, such as the Old Stone Road, the Rock, and plenty of space to explore. Overall, there is approximately 30 acres available space for gatherings and enjoyment.

Tent or pop-up trailer camping is allowed in the parking area for pop up campers or around the pond area. No campfires allowed outside of the firepit area, which is located within the circle drive, by the play area. Shared bathroom, with shower, is located at the East end of the Recreation/Event center. Event/Recreation Center has another half bath and kitchenette, along with board games, pool table, air hockey and foosball. There is also a 75" TV w/DVD.
