We had another fantastic weekend camping at Seven Pines! Ken and Dawn are wonderful hosts. The sites are beautiful, the bathrooms are super nice and well stocked. We pretty much had the place to ourselves. We will be coming back!

This place is an absolute must. My boyfriend and I came for my birthday on Memorial Day weekend and everyone on the property was so sweet and helpful!! We ended up being under tornado watch the last night and had to pack up early but they made sure to come and check on us and let us know what was going on and offered to help with whatever we needed! The hospitality was unmatchable, if you’re in the area and are looking for a safe and beautiful place to get some sun and some quiet, this place is perfect! Thank you guys <33

Wow, tranquil and beautiful...on the banks of the buffalo river... showers and rest room facilities were amazing...the owners friendly and helpful! would love to come again😊

This spectacular place is a family run venture where the scenery is gorgeous and the facilities are outstanding. But the most phenomenal aspect of the place is the welcoming kindness and generosity of the family that literally built this place by hand. They are a true joy that will ensure I will be back again!

We visited River View for a 2 family camping trip and it exceeded all of our expectations! Beautiful views in nature but just a short walk to the fanciest bathrooms you’ll ever see at a campsite! We had 5 kids and 4 adults - there was so much room to roam around and explore and plenty of space for activities. Dawn and Ken greeted us upon arrival and checked in each day to see if we needed anything. They were such great hosts and have an amazing property. Thank you for sharing it with us! See you again River View 🙂

We could not have asked for a better camp site. We had some in our group who have never been camping and this was a great site to introduce them to it. Scenic views were great no matter if you were looking up, left or right. Great landing spot for kayaks even though we didn’t bring any but we will be sure to next time. Everyone we talked to was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

My family and I loved spending a couple nights under the stars at Seven Pines!
Ken and Dawn were super host's!
Our kids loved the little basketball court and the access to the Buffalo River, where we could wade and swim.
They have a little storefront with lots of items in case you need anything while you are camping.
Can't wait to see the new additions they are working on when we visit next time!!

Dawn and her husband were very welcoming. We did an overnight trip canoeing and their spot was our half way mark. We had a problem with the boat and they were very helpful with the repair.
Great general store and very nice bathrooms with showers!! We will definitely be regulars!!

Our second time here and just as lovely as ever. We camped,swam and watched floaters go by on the beautiful Buffalo river! Seven PinesResort is a beautiful place to just unwind and chill.

Dawn and Ken are top knotch hosts! So friendly and accomodating. The property is gorgeous. Tent camping located conveniently close to the river with the easiest kayak/canoe launch. Access to 4 clean, and I mean CLEAN toilets, (not porta potty) and 4 showers with hot water. There is a super cute convenience store named Puckerwillies where you can grab cold beer, soda, non-alcoholic drinks, ice, snacks, and a few small things that you may forgotten! We brought our kayaks but had so much fun floating in our tubes on the river across from their property that we never put them in the water. Some passers-by would stop occasionally and do daredevil backflips off of the rock shelf! Lots of people on the river! This place was our little slice of heaven for the weekend and we didn't even care that it rained on the last night! Deer were meandering through the property early in the morning. You will need some shade, it was warm while we visited. We put up our canopy for added shade and comfort. Seven Pines is easy to drive to. Dawn made the directions as clear as day. Cell service was almost non existent for me. Y'all, don't pass this place up! We will definitely be back!

You've gotta get out here! It's such a beautiful, peaceful place. Buffalo River runs along the backside and there are creeks, ponds, and springs throughout the property.
The natural rock formations through every body of water are breathtaking. There are 118 acres to explore! There is opportunity to fish, kayak, and so much more in the works for this place!
Multiple new, very nice and clean bathrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets- all upscale- this is not some dingy campsite! There is a great river-front restaurant/store with a beach area.
Go on the side-by-side ride for the farm tour! You will see how amazing this property is. Visit the adorable goats and chickens.
Dawn and Ken are gracious hosts who are truly in this business to allow everyone to enjoy their spectacular property. Thank you both for going above and beyond to give us campers a great experience!
RESORT fits this place. Seven Pines has the natural nature along with first-rate amenities that help make camping more comfortable.
This was my first HipCamp getaway and now I think I'm spoiled and won't be as impressed by other campsites.
I'll be back!

Seven Pines is truly special place! Dawn and her family are such genuine, kind people. We enjoyed getting to know them and tour their lovely property. The beach area on the Buffalo river is spectacular. Nothing like spending the day playing in the cool turquoise water. The on site store, restrooms and shower house make it so you never have to leave for anything! We weee sad to leave and have already booked another trip!

This has been one of the best places I have ever camped at. I have been worked up for a long time and this could not have been a better place to relax at. It has amazing views and beautiful wildlife. Not to mention the the people who host it are some of the nicest people I have met in a long time. They even check on you to see if you need anything. It is a family friendly get away I couldn’t recommend it anymore then I already have.

Jason and I camped here two weekends ago and had the whole place to ourselves. It was absolutely BREATHTAKING and we can’t wait to go back. The Buffalo River is unique and serene. We loved camping at Seven Pines River Resort. It was the perfect setting for a quiet relaxed weekend with a beautiful view of the Buffalo River. We enjoyed visiting with our host Dawn and her family. They have created a fun family friendly facility.

Beautiful rural Tennessee camping on the river! Dawn was an amazing host. She met us at the entrance in her Polaris and drive us back to the site. They’re building out a river house to launch kayaks/canoes out of and it was nearly finished when we stayed. There’s an awesome little beach area facing a big rock wall on the buffalo river. We loved it!

I loved tent camping on Dawns land! I brought up the fact that we didn’t have many blankets or an air mattress and Dawn came to the rescue! Very nice, helpful and fun too talk to. Especially the view I loved having the birds wake us up 10/10
