Conveniently located in the heart of a nature lover’s dream in Spencer, Tennessee, the property is surrounded by stunning state parks. You’ll be just 20 minutes from Fall Creek Falls State Park, 24 minutes from Savage Gulf State Park, 33 minutes from Rock Island State Park, and 45 minutes from Burgess Falls State Park—along with several other beautiful destinations within an hour’s drive. River Rock Refuge (R3) is tucked away down an old dirt road with easy access to Highway 111. Guests enjoy private entry through a locked gate, offering a secluded and secure experience.
