Everything you need! Great location spitting distance to a stream. The stream was strong during our stay and we had a fire right next to it. The sounds were beautiful. Awesome local restaurants nearby and a easy drive to Gatlinburg. Big river near by to go kayak or canoe. There is also an apple orchard where you can eat a good meal and buy apple cider. I got 7 large bottles. Make sure you bring blankets during the cold season

Our stay was great! Ginnie was very attentive and everyone we met was kind and helpful. I would note that the top bunk has a weight limit, so if you are 3 adults traveling it may be a tight squeeze, but we made it work! The creek is beautiful and the proximity to the National Park is excellent. I would happily stay here again.

What we loved-
Jay- The on-site hosts were VERY friendly and kind. Just like having Grandpa near by if you needed anything
Clean- Very clean cabin, very clean bathhouse, well maintained property!
Shared accommodations- The shared outside kitchen place was massive, it overlooked the river and waterfall. Photos do not do it justice! 1000/10
River/Waterfall Combo- Weather and water temp was perfect when we went. Very clean and no critters around to scare us as we waded around!
Quiet- Area for me was quiet, we slept soundly
Safe- We always felt safe to leave items and walk around at night
Bathhouse- 10/10 THANK YOU for having a nice shower, toilet and sink
Cons- Hot Tub is only for the bigger cabins (No available for us to use), I found that disappointing as it was in the shared space and I just assumed we could use it when booking)
Some advice- do keep opened food in your car, just like any camping spot, you will wake up to a few surprises in your chips if you dont.
Will book again- this would make for a great family reunion, bachelor party spot!

The camp was as cute in person as the pictures on line.
Who wakes up without coffee? Not me, so that was a slight issue. The bigger problems are: 1) they falsely (Friendship Falls) advertise as pet friendly but Reel It Inn refuses pets, only discovered once a further reservation was made, and paid for. 2) no mention that camp sits 100 yards off a major road, so all we heard all night was traffic noise. 3) The beds are hard as rocks.

Great location for us. We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is very tight. If you are a larger person, you may not be comfortable.

I stopped to stay at Sasquatch's den for one night while passing through Tennessee. Staying at Friendship Falls was so relaxing and peaceful. The owners were very welcoming. It was super nice and clean inside the cabin and outside too. I was super impressed by all the amenities. They even had a firestick TV in my cabin, which was a pleasant surprise. My favorite parts were watching the waterfall, watching the clouds drift through the mountains and hanging out in the cabin. I ended up staying 3 hours later than I planned in the morning, hanging out enjoying the scenario because it was so hard to leave! This place was a final stop on a long road trip, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I will definitely be returning to Sasquatch's Den!

REEL it Inn, rustic cottage
Nice little cabins! Bath house was very clean. The hosts were very nice and pleasant. They did good to make sure everything was comfortable. It was nice having the creek so close, it was a very nice view.

The Sasquatch Den was perfect for my son and husband. The space had all they needed for a comfortable stay. Having their own bathroom and shower was a huge win! Ginnie and the hosts on property were very helpful and friendly. We would stay at Ginnie’s property again when in the Cosby area.

REEL it Inn, rustic cottage
Only a nice 20 min drive (the back way) into Gatlinburg, white water rafting options only 10 min away. Very small town, quiet. Bathhouse is nice, a real shower.
The road behind the cabins is sort of a busy little street and can be noisy early in the morning.
Our kids loves the creek, nice steps down to it with a handrail.
A dollar general only a couple miles away.
But covered pavilion with rocking chairs, picnic tables, and an outdoor sink, grill, etc.
Hosts on site and checked on everyone each evening. :)
