Designed for solo travelers seeking peace, privacy, and star-filled skies, this thoughtfully appointed space offers a restorative escape from the noise of everyday life while still being an easy drive from Charlotte. Perfect for quiet reflection, remote work, or simply slowing down. Evenings bring beautiful sunsets and dark skies ideal for stargazing! The space This thoughtfully appointed tiny home is designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. The space includes a comfortable single bed, full bathroom, climate control, strong Starlink Wi-Fi, TV, and a small workspace — ideal for reading, remote work, or quiet reflection. Natural light and calming décor create an inviting place to fully relax and recharge. Guest access The Pines II is located on a spacious rural property surrounded by pines, open land, and natural beauty. A gravel walking path loops around the property, offering a peaceful place for morning strolls or evening walks with a pet. Sunsets across the land are a favorite highlight for many guests. There is one additional tiny home on the property; however, the homes are intentionally spaced apart to preserve privacy and maintain a quiet, retreat-like atmosphere. The setting feels secluded and calm while still being thoughtfully designed for guests. Other things to note The Pines II is intentionally dark, quiet, and secluded, offering a true retreat away from city lights and noise. Limited exterior lighting allows for excellent stargazing and peaceful evenings, and guests should be comfortable navigating a rural setting after dark while enjoying the natural sounds of the countryside. There is a $35 pet fee. For comfort and safety, each tiny home is equipped with a porch light, and the parking area is gently illuminated with solar landscape markers to help guide guests after sunset. The property is gated, and exterior security cameras monitor common outdoor areas such as the driveway and entrances only. There are no cameras inside the tiny home or in private guest areas, ensuring privacy while maintaining a secure environment.
