Very thankful to have picked this spot!Nichole and her husband are so kind! The property is beautiful, pigs, goats, chickens, horses. The bathrooms are clean and spacious and there is a washer and dryer to use if you need! Our boys had a blast running around the open area in the yard. Thanks again for hosting us! Will be back

Great Property! Nice location near I95. Bathroom was clean! The host was extremely nice. The chickens, horses, pigs, goats and cat were a real bonus.
We stayed with our Tear Drop Camper on this trip, but would we would also consider the tiny houses in the future.

Nice spot. Felt safe. Easy to find, even in the dark. Clean bathroom and washer/dryer available. Owner was very pleasant and helpful.

We were greeted by two baby pigs! Hard to beat that in my book. Beautiful spot with many animals to see. Loved the barn cat and all the draft horses as well as a flock of ducks, chickens and goats. Spot was level and had grass. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Thanks Nichole!

This lovely farm is a perfect place to stop whether visiting the low country sites for a while or just passing through. Nicole's property is well managed and the facilities are clean and convenient. The strings of lights on the barn and trees add to the charm.

Beautiful area! The bathrooms feel like a hotel room. Host was so amazing and kind. Let my daughter help her with the animals. The farm has so many cute animals, from pigs, goats, horses and donkeys! A very relaxing couple of days.

Nichole was a very good host! She was very welcoming. “Under The Oak” was a beautiful camp spot that allowed us to reconnect with nature and spend great family time. The property was very well kept, had friendly farm animals, clean bath houses, and catered to tents & campers. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! 10/10 Recommend!

What a great gem right off the main highway. We had a great morning checking out the goats and baby pigs. The host was very kind and welcoming. Would love to come back and spend more time.

This was one of my favorite hip camps!! Very clean bath and shower and laundry if you need it… large open field with hook ups but no other campers and I parked under a lovely oak for shade. Nicole met me on arrival and filled me in on all the details of her property. We spent a lovely late afternoon just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings with the resident goats and pigs and horses and one yellow cat! I will be back!

Nicole’s farm is a true delight. Close off 95 yet a world away. Meet Rupert the barn cat, Hammie and Moe the pig couple, Elwood and Baby Spaz kids to Papa Spaz and Mama goat. Don’t be surprised to receive a visit from the free range donkeys. Electric and Water hookups literally “under the oaks”. We loved Nicole’s so much we cancelled our return reservation heading back north so that we could stay “Under the Oaks” one more time. It will always be a stop for us when we travel through Yemassee.

It’s a really nice property. It’s located close to I95, Savannah and Charlston. The Bathroom/shower facilities are a welcome relief. The property also has some animals to visit with and enjoy during your stay.

Adorable little farm with baby goats, pigs, horses, and donkeys. I stayed here twice once on my way to Florida and then on the way home. Very picturesque with a nice bathroom and shower to use. If you have low hanging septic or stairs, this might not be the place for you. The grounds are very unlevel with large dips. . I highly recommend if you do stay here to come in before it gets dark.

It was super peaceful and plesent, bathroom was super clean, being under the oak was awesome, sunset was pretty but it blocked the sun long enough to let us sleep in a bit

This was our 2nd time staying here and we can't wait to be back again. It's the perfect place if you love animals, gorgeous oak trees with Spanish moss, clean, private bathrooms, laundry, and convenience off 95. Nichole is the best host. Rupert the barn kitty is our favorite of all the animals! The baby goats were so precious too. Don't sleep on this hipcamp

Sarah's land was a beautiful space to camp out for the night! We arrived in the evening and woke up to horses, baby goats, pigs, and a friendly barn cat. The showers and bathrooms were very clean as well! 11/10

Had a wonderful time here on Nicole’s Hipcamp! The big functional barn is a lovely site- the bathrooms and even a laundry area is quite nice. Everything is planned out well, the electric & water at the sites (I stayed Under the Oak) were a great bonus ..
Enjoyed walking around and seeing the animals— loved it, Thankyou!

The location is beautiful, the farm animals are a delightful treat - especially the pigs. The bathhouse is lovely, clean and very spacious. Sites are well marked and not too close to your neighbors. The hookups are new and easily accessible, and the location is ideal as a stop over for either Beaufort, Savannah or Charleston. If you want shade do 'under the oaks' otherwise the other sites are in direct sun. Didn't get to see the donkey or barn cat but that just means we'll need to come back - wink! If you're going anywhere near Beaufort, check out the Kazoo Museum and Factory, or Hwy 21 Drive In theater - both not to be missed! We enjoyed our stay and would have stayed longer if time has allowed. Thank you Nicole for allowing us a glimpse of your wonderful property.

We did a last minute booking based on proximity to the highway on a road trip. We camp in a rooftop tent. It's far enough away so there's no road noise. My kid didn't want to leave in the morning, we had so much fun. The property was beautiful, sites are all grass and pretty smooth. The animals were super friendly and not noisy at all. Bathroom and shower house was close by and the nicest cleanest one I've been to in a campsite. The hosts had soap and shampoo in the shower. Laundry were giant newer machines We'll definitely return if we're in the area. 10/10 recommended.
