Our property features 73 acres booming with wildlife. The property is both open field with Mountain View’s and wooded area walking trails. We are close to other recreational areas including state parks and lakes as well as the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. We are a quiet setting but close enough to get anything you need within minutes.

      This site is nicely situated for day trips to the Grand Canyon of Pa area and the Finger Lakes (about 1 hour from each). Great treehouse and extra large fire pit on site. The owner is responsive and very hospitable.

      My family enjoyed our stay at Jeff's site. There was another RV at the site that belonged to a very nice couple who had been staying there for a while. They were very quiet and kept to themselves. Jeff has a large firepit and a tree house with hammock swings that are great places to hang out with friends. There is a large, well maintained field perfect for kids or dogs to run around. He also has some trails that wind their way through the woods at the back of the property. We saw lots of deer, wildflowers, and butterflies on our hikes. Jeff was very welcoming and helpful during our visit. The spot was level and clean, with a firepit and a picnic table.
