I had a wonderful experience. Justin was very helpful and my stay was peaceful. The bathroom was a plus as well as the electrical extension he facilitated for me. I felt super safe and I enjoyed the views.
I wanted an economical option to simply park my SUV and sleep, maybe with some stars to look at before climbing in for bed. I got that here. It's not particularly scenic from the campsite (except the stars at night, of course) but it's a comfortable, easy to access, safe and quiet space. It was also nice having a dedicated bathroom area and even though it was spartan and mixed use (cinderblock walls, mid-cleaning paintbrushes by the large sink), the toilet and sink were very clean, the faucet was new, and for a "barn bathroom" it was very clean. It also showed a great personality with some funny signs and touches! Oh, and Justin was attentive, checking in on my arrival time and even kept an eye out to come greet me as I was parking at 9:30 at night, giving me all the details and even directing me to an extension cord to plug in my EV. As a stopover option for journeys, I would/will definitely stay here again.

Camp Meadow.
When pulling in he had my driver get out so he could pull my trailer in, which had my trailer slanted to the point I could barely walk in. I didn’t have my truck available so I had asked to be moved slightly which he did only a few feet straight which still my trailer was very slanted but it was late so I asked the next day. He said he would and never did spent the entire week like that so I couldn’t even use the water I had in my fresh water tank. Made Intial payment thru Hipcamp and made another payment for more nights the day I was to check out before check out time. Let host know which he said as long as it clears by 5. Well at 4 I get a message that payment wasn’t received so I sent proof of payment made. He continued to say he didnt have it and went as far as saying he called the Hipcamp app and they had no record. He started to threaten to pull my trailer off his property if he didn’t get payment, even after he was shown proof. So had to call credit card company and they called Hipcamp which also put host on 3 way. Hip camp said they had the reservation and just needed to approve it and that they didn’t have a record of him calling them. They also heard him threaten to pull my trailer off his property even with the proof shown paid pending and they had to tell him that if he said that again they would terminate their contract.

The property was clean and well kept. Bathroom available on sight. Justin was very responsive and helpful.
