1.5 Acre pond with Canadian Geese, View of the pond and surronding mountains from campsites. Lots of wildlife. Quiet setting off a dirt road. An hour from the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. 1.5 hours from Lake Seneca winerys. Half hour to boat access on the Susquahanna River. Rails to Trails bike path a half hour away. Pisgah State Park 15 minutes away, with trails and free swimming.

They graze in the hayfields surrounding the campsites daily. Canadian Geese on the pond, in the spring, there are goslings. Additional note: There will be an additional charge for charging EV or Electric bicycle per vehicle and bicycle per day. Electric vehicles $20 per day Electric bicycle. $10 per day

The views were beautiful. It was private and quiet. We were not bothered at all. The directions were easy to follow. A great location. Host responded quickly when we had questions and was friendly. Would highly recommend.

Site 1 - Goose Pond View
Peace and quiet are a rare thing to find. This is our second year at this site and plan on making it our yearly camping jump off trip. Every was clean and well maintained. Didn’t matter if the weather cooperated the peace was lovely. Watching my Cocker Spaniel running around was priceless. Just a short drive away we found a Gem of a place called “Shore Sisters “. All in all this was great stay. Thanks again Deb 🤗

Great spot with a great view. Would stay again. The sites are just a bit close to each other but still a great spot to enjoy.

Site 1 - Goose Pond View
We stayed at Goose Pond View for our 18th Anniversary. We're not much for being all jammed into slots at parks so the wide open peace and quiet was amazing for us. It was a little rainy/cold for 2 of our days but honestly just watching a solid 2 seasons of Game of Thrones in the camper was exactly what we needed to recharge and rest from our busy lives. The owners were amazing and super responsive. My husband enjoyed fishing and I enjoyed doing ABSOLUTELY nothing. We would definitely come back for another trip to step away and reset . The full hookups and beautiful plot was exactly what we needed to make this an effortless trip away!

Goose Pond is absolutely beautiful. It's peaceful and everything I wanted. It has very convenient hook-ups and my favorite part was the very curious steers who would walk down to pond to keep an eye on my dogs and me. Upon arrival the hosts met me at the site and were very friendly. I will definitely be back to this site.

Upon arrival and FaceTiming family. We booked the second site for them. Geese in the morning and frogs singing at night. This site was clean and well worth the tranquility it gave us. Great Job offering your peaceful place with others. Will be Back!!!!!! 👍🏼

Debbie and Elgene were so pleasant. Being our first trip ever was nerve racking enough. Site was as described with everything working. Property was vast with geese and goslings singing away. Early morning fog was as intense as a spooky movie. 😆 It all left such a great impression we will return.

My husband and I absolutely loved Debbie and Elgene’s beautiful piece of property. So serene and peaceful staying next to their pond. Easy, flat level, parking with our 22’ trailer with hook ups and the extras like firewood, a picnic table, a fire ring and even a trash can for our garbage (if needed). They were amazing hosts and met us upon our arrival to make sure we were settled in. They went above and beyond for our stay. Very quiet location, the crickets lulled us to sleep at night. Would most definitely recommend to others and we would absolutely stay here if we ever travel through the area again. By far the best Hip Camp location we’ve ever stayed at! Thank you Debbie and Elgene!

This was a perfect spot to enjoy nature, peace, quiet, and solitude. The site was clean and tidy - including NO messes from geese that land in the pond nearby! Full hook-ups worked great and were also clean. Our hosts met us at the site and were very welcoming.

Debbie & Elgene are wonderful hosts and this spot is a hidden gem! There are 2 full hookups in the middle of 40 acres and it is so serene. The area is beautiful with access to good hiking and outdoor activities but I spent many days just enjoying the peace & quiet of the property. Driving to Troy or Towanda are quick trips and you can find whatever you might need during your stay. If I come through this area in the future, I’ll definitely stay here again. 10/10
